After 3 month, it's a month-to-month with 30 days notice. $75 non/oC

That's part of $225 for 3 month fee (0.33BTC)
When you request OC, the contract price will go up to $250 for 3 months.
So we pay for unit but unit will be held by some company which will be hosting this miners for us ?
How do we pay for electricity then ?

If the owner sells the unit to someone, we can ship the units directly to whoever the owner requests.
Hosting is for the hassle free mining and no fuss with network setting, PSU wire cutting, noise and so on!
The hosted AntMiner will be sent to a secure mining hosting location, so that's where the shipping cost goes as a part of the whole price.
