I might be removing those who pledged but failed to respond when new payments are in. The only way to secure your place here is to pay. Those that contacted me with promises to pay before the end of this week will be the last on the list to go, though.

Thanks.

I've sent 20.83225, should be for 260 chips I think. John, please confirm.

Confirmed - you actually overpaid 0.01025 for 260 chips. The amount will be placed forward for your shipping fees (from OP to you).
Thanks.

We're at 779.374 now! I will be PM'ing those who hasn't done their payments yet as they're in line to get rejected from the queue.

PS: I've sent out the PM's around 7 hours ago. I have a few confirmations in with various timelines, hopefully this gets done before this Friday. This is starting to make me feel like the organizer now.  Undecided

Where's the OP?  I'd feel better if he were answering these questions.  The last I head is that he said something about being a part of a group of engineers that have big asic plans.  I'd like to know more about those plans, (as may of us here will need that kind of expertise.  Myself included).  Are any of them in the bitcointalk community?  Just hearing from them here would go miles towards building trust here.  John is only responsible for the coins.  Ragingazn has ultimate responsibility for the chips.  And, yes I do agree with these terms.

I'm in for 20 coins.  Raging has said he will post his coins (about 40) in a few days.

JohnK and I are taking turns pretty much lol - I am up when he goes to sleep and he's up when I'm still asleep.

Yes I've been talking to local engineers to start up a project. Everyone's excited about this. Nothing is set in stone yet but I will let you know once the team is put together and our website is up etc. But the plan is that by the time the chips start shipping we would be able to offer a service to build ASIC machines using your chips that you ordered. You obviously would have to pay for the extra parts (PCB / PSU etc.) and labor. But that's all in the future for now. I am just planning ahead while we wait!

I'm just sending BTC52.802.  If it ends up being a little more/less to make an even chip, we'll sort it out.

How many coins are left to meet the target?

Edit: nvm, I see the counter at the OP is real time.

Yes. Please calculate how much chips you would like (take a quick look at the spreadsheet) and send accordingly. To get an even amount of chips, you'll have to send a bit more or less than 50BTC exactly.

Looks like 52.802 for approx 660 chips.  Look about right?   (entered 51.48 in column B)

(660/12.8205128205128) * 1.025 + 0.035 = 52.802

That is correct, according to my calculations.

He's probably sleeping now due to timezones as he's in US. As per what he said, he wants to get the preorder in first before doing the ASICs. There's too much incentive to send the order in first as this is a queue for the chips.

I'm interested.  Count me in for 50BTC.  Do I just need to send and then post the transaction?  Not trying to be lazy, but I don't have the time to read the whole thread right now (going to sleep), but I wanted to make sure I'm involved.

Also, given the amount of people who seem to love pulling out the last minute and wasting all our time, please just send the coins in to the escrow if you want to get your place in. This should go like a first come first serve basis based on the coin input now.

+1 Yup!

It would be very useful to know how much is needed for the order to be complete. Is the title 714.4/780 still valid ? Implies 65.6 btc needed ?
Take a look at the spreadsheet - I had too much people pulling out the last minute that updating that number wasn't worth it.
It's at 693.614~BTC though of the 780 needed. I have confirmation from the biggest buyers here (OP himself and Ataxx) that they'll pay in a couple of days after gathering funds, and probably soak up more chips.

Thanks John
