It differs really from country to country and from shipping company to shipping company. Sometimes I get an invoice for a simple DX toy and nothing for a miner. Calculate -with- costs and see whether you'd still want to buy it. Or order it through a company that get it's VAT back

Hi, they are using 28nm chip and drawing 900w +/- 5% per 1000gh/s.
Assuming this is real, the power requirements are outside of any home-based mining possibilities!

Additionally, a single Photochopped picture of a box with fan grills on it and the absence of detailed specs just don't cut it.

Unfortunately most start-up asic suppliers here think "support" = running with the payments.
Thank you for the advice. Will look into it. As we are afraid that if the order gets big, we might not have enough fund to pay upfront. Therefore we choose this method. But still, we will consider about it. Afterall we are a new startup looking for more support!!
