KNC have been shipping for a few days now which is great. On the KNC thread an order in the 23xx range has been put into process, so they seem to be shipping rather fast.

@mogumodz, If this miner shipment is in October, then is it possible to delay payments to KNC miner for a month or so.

Problems with mtgox USD payments are now resolved, so exchange rate is expected to go up quickly.

If it shoots up twice the rate now (around $200), then you can consider buying another miner and distributing hashrates to shareholders.

My question is, how long you can delay the payments to KNC? what's your strategy?

I think the problem is my PMs arent going through as I am a "newbie". Still in and all ok it seems. Ty.

No problems asking at all, Once you have paid, send the TXid and you can prove ownership of the sending address with a signed message via the qt client (you can only sign addresses in your QT client you control).

So when you have your sending address you can input it into the sign message window.

Using bitcoin-qt client, I can't determine the sending address can I before sending?  Once I have send it, I guess I can lookup the txid in the blockchain.info to see my sending from address.  But how do I subsequently turn that into a receive address with bitcoin-qt?  Or is it all automatic and just works? Order number is #3003, but I suspect it is much lower than that because of a few things.

All three of your questions are correct, If KNC do not deliver the miner we shall request a full refund and give it back to the shareholders minus the 2% johnk charges for escrow regardless of the group buy status.

I have structured the purchase so that members wanting to get access to the exceptionally cheap hash rate/GH that the Saturn offers can secure hash rate from one of the machines without spending ~BTC50 for a purchase.
 
OFFERING DETAILS:

- Each share entitles the owner to 1/40th of the BTC proceeds from a KNC Miner Saturn mining 24/7 for 24 months*
