Is that so? I've tested and didn't noticed any anomaly.
However it is always good to have a backup explorer.
We'll get it too.

Yes i can, but there are too many devices, and operators.
For example, yes i can unlock iPhones 5s from AT&T but i can not unlock the same model from Sprint.
I can unlock all Alcatels, HTC, LG, Huawei, ZTE, but i can hardly unlock any iPhone from Sweden.
Samsung models has different prices that depends on region that are locked. ex: US, EUROPE ...
