The coins mentioned are popular coins, so I think everyone knows that ethereum, litecoin, or the coins mentioned could be coins that will flourish this year or the next. However, it would be better if the selection of these coins had a basis, such as the development of ethereum which will become ethereum 2.0 which makes a big push for ethereum to develop in the future.
The coins mentioned by the OP are really promising as they have been in this market for so long already. But aside from the change (30days), would be nice to see other important factors that affect the OP's decision to include those coins in his list.
But since this is only a guide, a serious investor can always look at the foundation of these coins and check for themselves if they are really worth your money. But I have no doubt with eth here as they are in continuous development and everyone is still waiting for the Eth 2.0. But for others, I am really not familiar how active is their respective developments.

If I get you correctly, your change in 30days is a speculation on the amount of expected activity as per change in price and the likely possibility for the next 30days... If that's what your trying to imply then, it's cool.

All of these coins have reached their top position in this year. ETH crossed its "this year’s higher high" and NEO also broke its "this year’s previous high". ICX gained around 60% within a month duration. so, these coins are already has been pumped, we should be invested on that coins which has not yet been pumped and has a great possibility to break resistant level. IMO BCH, EOS, XRP are the right coins where we can invest now.

If people are looking for real gains, they should be paying attention to the hot up-and-coming small caps.
But if they want a good balance of low risk, vs modest reward, then large-caps are decent for that.

Investing in the top coins in the market may not bring you too much profit but such projects are quite good and safe.
I never underestimate the power of self-research especially if the theme is about investing in risky financial assets. According to the research results, the best altcoins to invest now is EOS, Stellar, and LTC but the problem is to find the price opportunity on the charts. The current stable market prices don't let the altcoins to reach similar market performance for altcoins and I suggest waiting for the better timing.

I know a lot of people will find your list interesting since it's filled with large to mid caps tokens since they don't experience much volatility / price growth like newer, small cap altcoins. Also, it would be a lot more interesting if you add some of your reasons and bias behind your selections based on either your technical or fundamental analysis.
I personally prefer trading mid-large cap cryptos on futures and then the newer ones on spot markets in order to minimize risks
Everyone has a strategy for investment. Based on coinmarketcap or coingecko there are over a thousand kinds of coin/token. But you only choose 7. Yeah, the coin you mention is a good coin and I think we all agree as a good investment. Maybe you haven't noticed but it seems the op have done his research well and come to this conclusion, there are many similar threads of this type of topic in this forum and if you visit each one of them the above mentioned coins are always comes up, many members usually recommend this coins so I guess the op draw his conclusion from what he has gather so far.
from the list it my prefer investing in litcoin because in terms of price the price of litcoin is not very high most likely will give a profit many times

That coins is listed only on exchange where most of coins is manipulated or fake volume exchange not a good coins to suggest even they have a campaign here. They open a campaign for simple reasons to create hype in that project which is happening now that's why its increase the price more than 100% in a month having a campaign here.

i have another altcoin that maybe could be gem in future. OTOY its token named with RNDR which is already listed in many exchanges such as hoo exchanges, kucoin , probit. there are several giant investors behind this project and also they have reputable partner like google and nvidia. i am sure in few months later it will be great project.
OP, It will be cool to give insights on why you think the coins on your list are your best picks for investment this year, this will make much sense rather dropping these coins without any reasons. Of course everyone knows ETH is a good coin to invest in, but for others give some insights.
