The thread has answered this already. You can't have two devices on the same IP. Change the router IP.
Can someone help a newbie here.
I have my cube powered up. When I try to navigate to 192.168.1.254:8000 I end up on the Management page for my router (BT Home Hub). What do I need to do to connect to the cube?

You're probably limited by internet speed/latency. Try a local stratum proxy running on a computer inside your network and see if it picks up.
I have some Corsair CX750 PSU's available for sale. They are in new condition and have only been used for 2-3 weeks. These work well with the ASICMiner Cube (2-3 weeks without any hiccups at all).
Well, no, they're a crap-shoot the same as any other PSU. I had difficulties getting my Cube to work with a CX750, but the Cube worked fine with an ancient PSU out of an old Dell.
I used a TX 750W and it worked perfectly for 9 hours. After that I woke up to find my cube off, and now it just starts for a few seconds or doesn't start at all
The psu was on my gaming pc for 3 years and had no problem with +500 Watt loads.
Now I'm waiting for a corsair RM750 to arrive.
Can you tell if this was TX 750W v1 or v2 ?

According to technical details both versions are capable to have 60A on a 12V rail, so this should be enough for one cube.
Maybe the capacitor trick will help, have you tried it?
And was it running in high or low mode for these 9 hours?
It's V1. Was running on high, pulling 355 Watts from the wall. I already have a Corsair RM750 shipping next week, so I haven't tried the capacitor trick. Also I have no idea where they sell them in my country

it's only got 15 amps on the 12v rail, i don't even know if that would run a cube in low mode.

Just get something with over 25amps and you should be good.

Unless you have some sata or molex to 6 pin adapters you won't be able to power on the unit with just one 6 pin.

Basically, just find a relatively large (at least 1000uF, at least 16V) capacitor or two, and wedge them into the PCIe connectors. Marked lead is the negative, so black wire side; unmarked lead (which should be a bit longer) is positive so yellow wire side. These will charge up to 12V during the time the Cube is initializing, then when the relay clicks over they'll discharge into the Cube to help provide immediate current in assistance to the output capacitors already built into the power supply.
I got two Cubes a while ago, one off a 460W ATX supply with a stupidly strong 12V rail, and the other off a 500W server supply. The ATX would light things up just fine, but the server supply either had too small capacitance, or too much inbetween its caps and the outputs because it dropped out. One 1000uF 16V cap in each 6-pin connector did the trick just fine, and others have reported similar results.

I've tried with 2x 16v 1000uF and 2 x 16v 2200uF capacitors wedged into PCIe connectors.Now, I've found a cheap used Corsair TX 650W - does anyone know if it will handle 1 cube?

I'm not sure if anyone else is having issues like that, but mine wouldn't work properly with a 630W supply. It runs flawlessly at 38GH/s ever since I switched to the 850W supply.
Seems like over-kill with that supply for one cube, but maybe the 650W is just not cutting it? Doesn't make any sense to me.

I was thinking the same thing - 648W seems like more than enough power, and I forgot to mention I have it on "low" clock speed as well.
I guess I'll try a more beefy power supply, maybe the 850W from Corsair...
I think it is more about the amps this pulls. I've seen 280-360W being talked about for this when OC'd, so you are looking at 23-30 amps on the PCI-E connections. Some PSU's are built for that, some are not.
I'm using a CX500 that lists 38A on one 12V rail.
Where as something like this 650W has 2 12V rails, but only 22A per.

I'm using a single Corsair cx750 to power two cubes on high. Don't know how many amps are required, but the cx750 provides 62 on one rail.

I don't mine at that pool so can't be 100% sure what their settings are.
Also use 32bit version only even on 64bit PC to use stratum.
My batch looks like this:

That makes sense. The one that I was trying to use had 2 12V rails, but only 18A per.
The one I am using now has 4 12V rails at 25A per.
