You misunderstand each other.
Give us TW access and I'll try to fix it for you

Interestingly it is not an option to disable.

Disable HEXM reset code (cgminer seting) via web and try again

Loshia and Martin have both offered to TW in and check it out as well.  I will try that next and see how far we get.
Thank you for the help.

If all of them is checked, then last resort is RMA  Cheesy

Now it sort of starts and then disables the miner.

With the Hex is was working fine I did nothing to it and it stopped.
I have hooked it up to a windows system it sees the miner.  I just dont want to set it up on that one as it runs an array of Scrypt miners.

Here is what I get on the TP-Link again.

Of course you can always switch back to previous version of TPLINK firmware that work before  Cheesy

For Rpi, you need to apply patch then compile the cgminer, it's easy even for windows user like me  Grin

So close.  Now I have a Zombie. LOL
Hex4m is set for the handle USB error.

Check again your cgminer configuration page.

Handle usb detect error as : set to hex4m
Remove the USB HUB Smiley
Power off 12V of HEXM
Remove USB HEXM cable

Power on 12V of hexM
PLUG USB cable of HEXM into tplink without hub directly
and make sure your USB cable is OK  Wink

Just power off HEXM board - unplug USB + 12V
Reboot tplink
power on 12V of HM board and finally plug USB cable  Wink
And you can remove hub also just plug board directly and make sure lsusb shows it

Closer but not quite.
Rebooting the TP-Link and also SSH in and tried it manually.

It's a bit different this time.  I changed the cable and the hub again.

I do, I have a solid power wart for the TP link.
I will double check the other cable though.

board is not there and there is no USB hUB connected also

check your usb cable and try with another one. You need to have twio USB cables connected in TPLINK one for power and one for usb data
Ok whatever you plug in tplink usb data port shall show in lsusb. It may bad usb cable, or just bad usb port of the tplink itself.
Meanwhile just for the record you can plug your miner in windows. It shall show up like unknown usb device if all is ok. Just to see if miner usb connection is ok
So it shall be mining if your udevd is started. Wink Otherwise you need to restart cgminer

Or better just execute /usr/bin/fix_rc it will enable udevd and reboot tplink the all will be good Smiley

I wish there was a RPi image for it.  I have a ton of them.  I will test it on a windows system.
Thank you for your help I do appreciate it.
