This is a good revelation indeed, and thanks for confirming your statement with the shot.
Now the next question should be, what is Elon going to be doing now to restore respect and dignity to the blue ticker?
Many, most especially newbies consider this tickers as a means or way they trust accounts they relate or do business with on Twitter, let's just hope that Elon will do what is needed to restore the respect and dignity the ticker commands, and also scrutinize every account that currently have the ticker to make sure they deserve it, those that are discovered to have bought the ticker and do not merit it should be stripped, this will help users know who is truly who in the Twitter community.

Interestingly enough, I have noticed that many media channels and people on Youtube who main talk points are political news are already criticizing Elon Musk, declaring he is literally destroying Twitter as a whole, with the plans he wants to implement there. I find it to be rather strange, I get some people would not agree with his purchase of the company but most of the things he has suggested actually sound good, there are probably some hidden interests behind all this campaign of criticism.

By the way, former Twitter staff has already proven themselves not to be completely trustworthy after the massive account hijacking of 2020.

I don't know why you are making a big deal out of blue badge. All you had to do is provide ID like 1xbet did. It meant you aren't a bot.
If your theory was true, every single Sportsbook and Casino would be Twitter Verified (unless they are all bots).

Hey everyone,
Had to delete some posts as they were very off-topic and contributed false and/or opinionated information.
That and this is not a Discussion thread for opinions; but rather facts.

Everyone that can prove they were real person or business could get a blue badge. Now it costs $8 to get a badge no questions asked. 10 years ago the badge meant something but hasn't been for a long time.
Your entire post couldn't be further from the truth, which is why I chose to quote it rather than delete it.

If this was true, every single Sportsbook and Casino would be Twitter Verified (trust me, nitrogen wishes they were Twitter Verified).

False; not just anyone can get a badge "no questions asked."

Furthermore, common sense figures that there are businesses/people who tried to get Twitter Verified and couldn't.

10 years ago the badge meant something but hasn't been for a long time.
10 years ago Twitter was handing out blue badges to almost anyone who requested one.
That's why today there are small-time personalities with hardly any followers Twitter Verified with 10+ year old accounts.

Since my OP was last edited 2 months before Twitter introduced the $8 Twitter Blue, none of the operators on the list paid for their prestigious Blue Badge (they rightfully earned it).
Adding the two additional operators to the OP technically defeats the original purpose of this Guide; maybe I'll consider adding them with an asterisk.

Another addition to the list as BC.GAME gets verified. With how the verification badge can be alternatively obtained through a subscription (for now it's only available in a few countries) I'm guessing we'll see more casinos get the checkmark in the near future.

/bump/Given the popularity of social networking websites like Twitter, it's surprising that many gambling companies don't have verified accounts. So why don't online casinos have (or even want) verified accounts on Twitter? If social networks help drive interest in the brand, and if it's relatively easy to establish an account, why not?
I'm almost certain that all gambling companies have tried to become Twitter Verified but for one reason or another, they were not awarded the prestigious Blue Badge

It is necessary to convince many people. And sure enough, the blue tick on the twitter account is also not easy enough to get. So this can be a reference for people to believe. Although it doesn't actually guarantee 100%, it can be said to guarantee about 85% in my opinion. For those who want to see the blue tick requirements on Twitter, you can see the link below.

Nice thread, thanks. Immediately subscribed to two twitters of those casinos in which I play the most:

BitStarz also has a verified Twitter account, but look at the trust of its representative on the forum https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/bitstarsnet-307265 , there have also been many complaints and accusations about the casino here.
Some of those scam accusations are literally 6+ years old and are made by questionable forum members.
While I personally would not deposit here and find it of poor taste to abandon the forum (especially while leaving a bad reputation), they most certainly fit the criteria.
Furthermore, they have been awarded some credible achievements from a legitimate online casino authority (AskGamblers).
Nice find!

ttt

A lot of "which sportsbook should I play at?" and "what's a safe sportsbook to deposit at?" types of thread popping up.

If it's not a Verified, you could be in a for a wild ride.
