I assume you pay before they pour out the coffee, otherwise it could go cold while they are waiting for enough confirmations.
Payments in the stores within a few seconds all the time, my friend. Doesn't depend on the blockconfirmations at time of payment.

Yes, you can! If you have android, download the Guldencoin mobile wallet at Google playstore. (Iphone wallet will be there soon).
Put some NLG on the mobile wallet and you can pay a your cup of coffee there.
