I'm searching someone for a REGULAR pp<=>btc exchanges for 22-30$.
If the first exchange will be nice, few more additional exchanges will be offered a little later.
- You're able to request a Paypal payment to be sent as F&F/Gift/etc.
- You must have at least positive reputation, without 'scam' claims and negative trust
- Don't forget to add info about your exchange rate

Escrow can have a place, if it's required.

What 'too much' am I requested?

In this forum it calls "go to send 1st if you're have a high trust or legendary', lol.

Bump, btw.

Lol, you registred few days ago basically and now trying to get deals in without escrow / trying to use some 3rd-party exchanger platform / wantin people to send you first.

Paypal is reversible even if its sent F&F, so avoid this deal as possibility to get scammed is high!

Don't ask for too much, it's extremely unlikely anyone will accept PayPal from you

if receiver will spent that money (for example buy some goods on ebay) how can Paypal charge it back? Or Paypal will put customers account to negative balance?

If your Paypal has no funds in it and a charge-back occurs, this does not protect you from consequence. When your Paypal is negative they will encourage you to fund the account for awhile, but if you refuse to do so then they will take legal action against you. I don't know how these things work in other countries, but in USA you will likely end up with a judgement against you and they will forcibly remove the funds out of your paycheck through government intervention; seen it happen many times before.

If you contact Paypal and claim that you did not authorize the payments, that your account has been hacked or accessed without authorization, then it doesn't matter whether it was sent as Friends & Family, Gift, or payment for services. If you claim that you did not send that payment, then Paypal will reverse the payment. Using your balance does not protect the receiver from anything other than Credit-Card charge-backs, which isn't even the worst of your potential problems when accepting Paypal.

There is no guarantee to the receiver of Paypal funds that the funds will remain in their possession, no matter what is said or done.

You created your account within the last few days and that's not going to do you any favors when it comes to your credibility. Users around here are not interested in accepting Paypal, or other reversible payment methods from anyone they are unable to trust; most won't even accept it from people they can trust.

Anyone that would be interested in regularly exchanging your funds would have to be concerned with many charge-backs down the line simultaneously. Paypal is notorious for being willing to reverse payments even from months ago.
