i have posted a question in avvo and lawyers will advise me to take the appropriate steps , each and every abusive post without intention must be removed / proper explanation should be given or apology should be given .

all legal steps will be taken to provide explanations for name calling and why moderators support abuse and name calling.

any newbie who will join in the name calling will also be included in the lawsuit along with the moderators.

you have one month time to respond / and the filing time would take upto/in 6 months since it is an international case and has lots of work to be put into it.

you can utilize this time to remove the abusive posts / make any amendments continued , aloof behaviour will cost you dearly.
