-or if i have the same username and login in an other dice site ( the admin can test it in other gambler and stole the money if it work) ,is't possible to find relation between the withdrawl made by the hacker and another dice
Yup, you join on dice/web and the admin know about all your detail, but from where he knows you have joined on that web(fortunejack) and you already deposit there then the hacker hacked your account.

If he just pick it randomly he may got empty wallet on that account That's weird.

Thats funny my account got hacked too
Not sure if you're being sarcastic over here but the hacker seems to be on the spree. You guys should support multiple support tickets and also try posting in their official service section in the gambling section of the forum.

Well you probably got phished if you didn't have any malware installed on your computer. As fullypak pointed out use 2fa and a strong password and all of your BTC will be fine.

My pc is protected with norton 360 and using original copy from the site and I never revealed my login details to any one. So I still can't believe how it has happened but some how it was my fault also because system has provided 2fa option and I didn't enable it. Learned lesson after losing small amount.

Last Thursday after I receive payment from my signature campaign some one from France logged in and played game until they finish my signature payment. When I checked on Friday morning nothing was left. So now I have enabled my 2fa security function. It looks many accounts login details got compromised. Anyway protect your account with google authentication.

That is strange, even without 2fa I don't imagine it to be that easy for anyone to log in to another account. Maybe this is a security issue which fortunejack need to address.

I too think some thing not correct with there security function or some one from there internal team should be doing it. Because he can login on Friday means they didn't change password but just gambled on there site to lose the money. If you're regularly getting payment from the system than you should enable 2fa to protect your accounts.

HI

last night i have deposit 0.1 in fortunejack and start playing dice nothing special
after like an hour im was ejected from the site so i re-login ,it work for a few second and then im ejected again
I thought it was a problem with the site, so returned today and i find that i cant access to my account
the support tel me thaht the email of the account is not mine (i think the hacker have changed it) and my money was withdrawled
the IP of the hacker : 101.185.182.173 (i think it's a vpn)
the withdrawel addresse of the hacker is : 151ADAVj1tcTU9SeJmah4z2kxPatHsz8XZ

i know that i can't recover this money and this is not the problem

i verified my computer ( scanned for virus and malwer and i have nothing ) and i think if the hacker have access to my computer hi will hack all my account
i have a firewall in my computer and in my router
and most of time i use my smartphone to connect to fortunejack with a saved password ( i don't have a double autontifaction and that's was my error)

-the question is , it's possible that a good hacker can fish the login and pass directly from the web site?
-or if i have the same username and login in an other dice site ( the admin can test it in other gambler and stole the money if it work) ,is't possible to find relation between the withdrawl made by the hacker and another dice

how can i be sure that im fully protected ( i have scaned my phone and my computer with AVG and malwarebytes ) changed most important passwords and activated double autontification for my email address
in my email history connection i find only my used devices
i have to know if im was hacked from my home or by an external methode and that my other account are in danger or not

sorry for my english

thank you for any help

are you using the same username and pw in most acc?

Dang, real sorry to hear bout this lose. My question is do you play a lot of casinos or dice sites that you use the same information for? Like logins, passwords and emails? Hopefully you at least use different passwords. It seems reasonably likely that someone could have gotten your information through another site, maybe a less secure site. Hopefully someone can come on here and help you figure this out.
