I rented BAREKET8, but I can't add my own pool. Someone else pool is showing which I can't removed. Please fix

Hey there, I rented your rig for 72 hours, but i cant get it to switch to my pool/account.

same situation as described above. rig went off for 15 min, now cant change pools.

EDIT: now it seems ok

looks to be setup wrong or something.. everytime you try to change pools it freezes or shutsdown..

Also reverts back to users default pool and will not ever allow me to change pools.


double refund was sent :-) ...

same situation, when change pool it looks like freeze and reboot

Just hired you bereket8 rig for 24 hours. The primary pool wouldn't change for me and when I tried to change it, it wouldn't allow me. Now the RIG is COMPLETELY down


I want a refund.


can you extend my lease for the first 90 min that it was down?

Hi, I rent your rig for 1 hour but the rig didn't respond twice for a couple of minutes during the first 20 minutes. Can you see what happen please ? Reboot ?

2nd time using his rig. This time for 24 hrs. Small problem and it all was fixed and he added a 30min bonus b/c. Thanks hamadosh, will be back.

Rig off.... Please fix and/or compensate for lost time.... I am currently leasing Bareket5 (Scrypt 2.00 MH/s). Over 9 hours to go.

Potential renters of Hamadosh rigs on leaserig.net PLEASE READ

Well an update to all renters that want to use this persons rigs from leaserig.

As you can tell from the post above, I've gone through hell to get this resolved. After waiting so long time for communication from this person, I consulted djeZo (operator of leaserig.net). It's stated that a provider that doesn't respond within 48 hours to contact leaserig.net about the issue. Therefore, I did that, now the provider is upset and attacking me in PM's and is now refusing to give a refund or lease time because I followed the procedures that are in place to protect the customers of leaserig.

I hired this rig and it has now changed the primary pool 3 times.... something is up. I'm not paying for someone else to use my BTC.

Bareket10 (Scrypt 2.10 MH/s)   2.12   17 hours and 53 minutes   hamadosh   Rehire (0.00% bonus)

This has changed 3 times now... What the hell is going on??? I'm not paying for someone else to use your rig or whatever is going on!

This is your last chance to make amends over this rip off of the so called service you provide. If I do not hear anything today, I will report this to leaserig.com owners and let them do whatever they need to.

The Rig was leased to you, and to you only. If the pool was changed its because your main pool was offline, I never touch my leasers pools. Let me know what pools was it moving between and I will check in the Rig log.

It varied really. It kept adding different pools, first time I saw it, I was on my ipad and was not able to get a screenshot at that time. The second time happened after I got home from my parents house. It was on some totally different pool then it was the first time. Each time my pools stayed in the list, but random ones kept being added and then switched to. On the last one, I left the pool in the list in hopes that you would see my messages via PM and via your rep thread. If you can check the Rig log, then why do I need to provide the information?? That seems redundant to me. Until this is resolved and either I get reimbursed BTC for the time that I lost to the other pools that don't have hearnomore.* in the username for the pool, I will continue NOT to use your service. Technically you have gone past the 48 hours and I have been kind enough not to get leaserig.net involved in this. I have been an user of leaserig.net since it launched, even before he had the hard drive fail on the system he was using to host it. And I have never had any other problems with any other provider until now.

As you said - you contacted djezo and asked for him to resolve the issue. as a result of your request all of my rigs were not available to lease and that lost me money.
you asked him to solve your problem? I am not going to refund you, your handling in this problem was far from ok, you blamed me in my trust post and contacted the admin to freeze all my rigs, i know that i didnt changed your pools and normally just for the good fill i would have refund you or give you free lease time, in this case because of your way of action i will not refund you, let djezo decide who is right.

Update: Coming up on the end of my 24 lease from this provider.... No communication what so ever about what happened with the pools changing. No comp for the time where the pool had mysteriously had different pools added or changed without me even doing it.

I know I won't be renting from this provider ever again.

Finally got a response today(48+ hours later).... reason I was given for no communication was:

Isn't it interesting that I never changed my pools after I added the pre-configured pools from leaserig.net when I rented the rig.... I have responded to the rig owner.... awaiting response.
