I wonder if the person who made this transaction would have guessed that the value of 10 BTC would be that much Smiley
Obviously, no one is expecting that bitcoin would be great, so yeah if that's 9.95 isn't a demo coin then Alice won't spend it.

And what makes bitcoin more interesting is it's still on beta version but it looks and works in awesomeness.

Happy Birthday, Bitcoin, I think this writing is very interesting and informative to the blockchain and cryptocurrency users because they have to know the actual facts and findings of the Bitcoin and they should know how Bitcoin is developed and progressed during this timeline, though Bitcoin is still struggling for its acceptance to the whole world, already it has got a tremendous feedback to the Bitcoin and cryptocurrency users, but the price of Bitcoin is still vulnerable for me, It should be at a stable point, I know the ups and downs is a natural process but highly volatility is not good anything. So it must be fixed for its own improvement.

So 10 years have gone by and there are ~28 million or some odd users of Bitcoin. Companies are releasing their own private blockchains and more investors are hopping aboard the cryptocurrency train. I'd say it's a job well done for Bitcoin and its community.  Grin

Who knows what the next 10 years might hold? I think governments will soon take notice of the success of Bitcoin and issue their own blockchain-backed currency as a result.

Bitcoin is not only a Pioneer and long-liver on the entire cryptocurrency market, but also the most valuable asset in the modern world.  I hope that Bitcoin will only improve its capabilities and technical specifications every year to achieve the results for which it was created.  At least one thing I know for sure is that Bitcoin has already achieved a lot in its 10 years and remains the most coveted for every investor, compared to other cryptocurrencies that can not withstand competition even for very short periods of their existence.

Its technical capabilities have already reached its limit and I think its enough for us since they already provide was is better on having transparent and secure transactions. Well, I'm hoping for the development of the technology behind which is blockchain, the only problem to that is, the chain was very congested and super slow, other than that, it's well-executed and fine.

Bitcoin is the father and the reason why cryptocurrency booms in the digital world, we should appreciate it and invest more for its future development.

Time ran so fast and I couldn't imagine that it has been years since Bitcoin was released. We could see how it passed all the tests of time and how it improved and developed through the years. It has changed the lives of many crypto users and even the economic situation of most countries. Happy Birthday our dear Bitcoin! More successful years to come!

Happy birthday to our dear Bitcoin, thank you for memorable years  and prosperous that you bring to many people around the globe.

Anyway, this is a good sign that the adoption for crypo is still in demand and increasing, as the price of Bitcoin this year 2019 from $3.8k up to this date at $9.3k , a good sign that we are gradually increasing.

In the next years bitcoin will achieve more anf will be known across the world. And hoping through the next years, acceptance by most countries will be its greatest achievement.

Wow, thanks for reminding us about this because I had even forgotten about it and its true this is indeed the 11th year of bitcoin, and I think that we will agree with me about bitcoin being one of the best things that has happened to us over the past 10 years of internet usage.

Many of us have been surfing the internet for a very long time now, and I can bet that people have really not gotten the opportunity as much as they have now when bitcoin was established and I can't even imagine that bitcoin would be the one to provide the money that I used in building apartment for the first time. It was like a miracle, and trading with bitcoin, also has never been the same as trading Forex, bitcoin is really a great technology and a great concept.

No doubt that Bitcoin has proven its existence for years. Despite some negative issues and banning from several countries, the bitcoin continues to exist. What does it mean? It indicates that Bitcoin is always improving and adopted by more parties. As long as the community supports Bitcoin, It is definitely on the right track to the great future.

Happy birthday, Bitcoin. You deserve as the future currency and a top digital asset!!

2013

In April 2013, Mt. Gox and BitInstant reported processing delays due to insufficient capacity. This resulted in the Bitcoin exchange rate dropping from $266 to $76 to $160 in the space of only 6 hours.

In October 2013, roughly 26,000 BTC were seized from the website Silk Road by the FBI during the arrest of its alleged owner, Ross William Ulbricht. 29 October saw two companies, Robocoin and Bitcoiniacs, launch the world’s first Bitcoin ATM in Vancouver, Canada.

2014

Early February saw Mt Gox, one of the largest Bitcoin exchanges at the time, suspend withdrawals citing technical issues. By the end of the month it had filed for bankruptcy protection, during reports that 850,000 BTC had been stolen during a hack of the exchange.

The past 11 years of Bitcoin can be described with many colorful adjectives: exciting, exhilarating, joyful, thrilling, pulsating, dead, resurrected,  to name just a few, and some nouns like: roller-coaster, scam, ponzi, tulip, bubble, pump and dump, digital gold, bull run, again to name just a few. You can add your own list here.

I am expecting that for the next 10 years or so, Bitcoin will still be defying the norms and be a big source of inspiration for the many. This may not be the perfect cryptocurrency that can be solving many humanity's ills but certainly Bitcoin is contributing something towards the overall development and history of humanity on this planet Earth.

Will Bitcoin finally be recognized by many big governments of China, India, Russia and all countries in the years leading to 2029? Only time can tell but I hope they do...

That's a very detailed post, thank you for your efforts.

Anyone else really interested why bitcoin was released on the night of halloween? It's pretty disappointing actually we don't see mini-bitcoin ghosts flying around going trick and treating.

Happy birthday

Oh, look at that, what he looked like when he was in beginning
Wallet bitcoin

It is a transaction made by someone. And he sent 9.95 BTC. I wonder if the person who made this transaction would have guessed that the value of 10 BTC would be that much Smiley

Strange, there was no such transaction

Probably just a demo/test version of the client, just to showcase what it looks like. Not sure if Satoshi was given 25 coins for testing software haha, just a little demo of the product..
