...Do you believe what they have to say?

You have to accept the fact that your coins are irretrievably lost. If you continue to look for similar services that promise you to get your money back, then you should be prepared for the fact that your losses will only increase.

Anybody that tries to sell such a service to you is actually trying to scam you even more. As someone who has been in this situation before, the scammers are most likely the ones disguising as a recovery service provider to take even more money from you. There is no recovery services in crypto except for centralized stablecoin projects with administrative controls that are built directly into their token contracts to freeze transfer from a particular account and even at that, they can only freeze the token, they can't move it from one wallet to another because an action like that needs to be signed with a private key.

My advice: Make peace with your lost assets because there's a tiny chance that you'd ever get them back without fallimg for more scams.

"The scammer's security is very right. IP is highly protected but during the recovery process we can hack their data and disclose to you who they are. Recovery with us takes 4-6 hours. All you have to pay is the registration fee on Blockchain to enable us to cooperate with Blockchain for a successful recovery. Because without the help of Blockchain recovery cannot be possible."

This is bullshit; never allow yourself to fall for this kind of cheap scam. Like Charles-Tim has said, many times, those scammers have created some posts on the forum that got deleted by the admin.

If those guys were legit, then you would have seen their long thread on the forum, and maybe someone would even point you to it here, but they are not legit and therefore don't have a reputation on this forum.

If you lose your crypto asset through a hack or scam incident, the only possible way to get it back is if you follow legal proceedings. Get a lawyer and report to the police or crime investigation team in your country. If you follow such a process, there is still a chance that you may not get the lost funds back.

Yes you're right I thought they were talking about an unknown Blockchain.com service. Because hackers would use this platform to hold "their" funds. But it's just some garbage talk in order to get more money IMO.

Recovery services like these are a SCAM. There Is no magic "hack" to get your coins back. Think about it - if they could hack anyone, why dont they just steal everyone's crypto instead of offering "recovery" service?
That's a really good point!

Nothing like a crypto recovery service have existed before and you shouldn’t even give them a room to be welcomed. You have just lost some ATOMs, this time around you could lose the whole wallet and some of your important things if you’ve disclosed to them during the recovery service process. Nothing of such exists, so be careful of scammers and not allow them prey on you the more.

Trust the process, imbibe consistency
I do not use crypto recovery service because most of them are scammers. I have also noticed that most of the people who post about crypto recovery service in the form of questions are scammers seeking for data to perfect their schemes as well as monitor public opinion/perception. I will advice everyone to ignore anyone posing as expert in recovering lost crypto to avoid falling victim of hack.

They are certainly using this word with a capital letter in order to confuse people when they try to make researches about it or when they try to ask some questions about it I guess.

Given their highly recommended status and positive reviews, I decided to reach out to Omega Crypto Recovery services

Highly recommended status and positive reviews? Really?  Where did you see them?

Also, Blockchain Registration Fee? Nonsense. There is no such thing. Blockchain transactions are public, anyone can see them. They are just trying to squeeze money out of you.

Send them an email and tell them that you have no issues paying any fee but that will be after your crypto has been recovered. If they disagree and insist that you the fee in full then you know that they cannot be trusted. I am not an expert in crypto recovery but this is the one of the options I may turn to first. Another is to send emails to other crypto recovery organizations. Please note that you should not give money first until the service has been delivered which is the recovery of your crypto.

Has anyone used Omega Crypto Recovery?

No I have not.  It is most definitely a scam! There is no such thing as a "blockchain registration fee" and what will they "hack" even if it is true that they cooperate with Blockchain?

Do you believe what they have to say?

No. From what you wrote, not a single word.

They informed me they are able to recover my lost funds and this is the email they sent me:

After a scam/theft is before another scam. What those idiots wrote to you, is so much bullshit in so few sentences that my brain already hurts. Seriously, this is just another attempt to scam you because you're desperate to get back what has been stolen from you. You try to clinge to every little hope that someone throws at you.

What do you think why they want a payment upfront? I know the answer and it's not to cover their hard hacking work. Don't fall into another scam trap!

Do you believe what they have to say?

Absolutely not, it's total bullshit.

The scammers had busy spamming this forum with scam recovery service posts but moderators are deleting his scam posts. Do not fall for such a scam recovery service.

A scammer gained access to my Cosmostation wallet seed phrase after I visited untrustworthy websites that infected my computer. At least that is what I believe.
This scammer took all of my ATOMs.

Given their highly recommended status and positive reviews, I decided to reach out to Omega Crypto Recovery services in the hope of recovering my lost funds.
