Don't let the nam-shub in your operating system.

EDIT : Unless, of course, they cleared the backlog within the time it took to write the first sentence.  Grin

They could have written the first sentence, then cleared the backlog before continuing to write  Tongue

Seriously? I mean, they really sent this piece of self-contradictory lies to everyone?

Thank you for your patience while we focus on shipping! We know everyone has questions and we are working hard to fulfill orders.

We are shipping and working through our order chain for batch 2, 3 & 4 as fast as the availability in the supply chain permits.

Due to individual supply chain restraints we don’t have exact dates for your individual order.
Batch 2 is being shipped in order of receipt of payment.
Batch 3 and 4 is anticipated to ship by March 31st.

We have been updating our customer service process and we are currently working through our backlogged inquires.  We have caught up and would like to apologize for the delays you have experienced with our reply time.   To serve you better and faster, we are also busy expanding our customer service staff.

We greatly appreciate your business and thank you for your patience!

I got the email too, I'm a Batch 3 Sierra customer and I found it interesting this is at the end of the email:

You are receiving this email because you purchased a Baby Jet from HashFast Technologies.

Seems to me that except for the Sierras that are going to IceDrill no on else is getting them at all...

I'm undecided. I've not received it, so should we call it the update at last after 50 days of radio silence?
Btw, i must be really dumb, because i really expected them to ship the MPP sometime between batch 2 and 3.

I read it like this:

Quote
Batch 2 = Upgrades is being shipped in order of receipt of payment + an undefined delay because we ordered the wrong tubes for the cooling system.
Batch 3 and 4 is anticipated to ship by March 31st. After that we will maybe ship the MPP - if we are still in business and have any chips left.

But I agree, the informative content of these news tends to nought.

I'm a batch 1 customer and I also received that email. Just silly, this email just contains no information. No dates, nothing about upgrade modules, nothing about MPP Modules...! It just says "we are fucking late you.."

I just got that also.  Is that a confirmation of my batch 2 order?   Or is it a general purpose update to all customers?

Somebody over in the support thread claims HF is offering refunds on upgrade boards.  Anyone know if there's any truth to this?

If I saw an upgrade board today, I'd probably take it, but it sounds to me like there's a buttload of B2 that hasn't shipped, and I can't imagine they'll ship upgrade boards before BJs and Sierras.  If they can't start getting more shit out the door soon...

My upgrade board was supposed to come out of Batch 2... if they are shipping batch 2, then?

With 650-700 g/hash miners fetching over US $5000 on ebay, maybe...

I guess that we will start discussing batch 3 soon.

And what is the only possible conclusion to this?

They have the wafers, in stock, they have the PCB design, they have the building capabilities, yet, people don't receive those units. So, where do thoes units go?
I see subpoenas every-freaking-where.

But the waiting times for justice to make its course are boring.

My order confirmation said delivery by Feb. 15th... #3060 1 Sierra

Oh well...

I'd go with the deleware one. That one is where all the money runs through because that is where the tax breaks are. Also seeing that they filed SEC papers with that one, makes it more "official" to me.

From legal standpoint you can bring suit to either entity.
Did that...

I'm not the only one that doesn't have any idea of where HashFast Technologies Inc is incorporated, right? I also don't know of the existence of other "matryoshka" companies...

That's the Delaware "safebox". The California company is HashFast Technologies LLC.

Correct they are incorporated in California as hashfast technologies llc. You can incorporate in multiple states in the US, wherever you do business. I'm not really sure what you are getting at though. From legal standpoint you can bring suit to either entity.

Well officially they are hashfast llc. They can call themselves whatever they want, but to the US government that is their name.

Yes, sure. I was asking where he saw HashFast LLC in an hashfast-related website.
