It seems like many people are not aware of this but you don't have to make your refund request by Jan 15.
That date is arbitrary and not enforceable.
If HashFast has not shipped to you yet, you can get a refund AT ANY TIME>
They have not yet shipped, so no sale has taken place and you have not agreed to any contract.
They can't just say, "sorry, you ordered a product but didn't ask for your money back soon enough so we get to keep it regardless of whether we ever send you anything"

The HashFast refund policy was clarified to a number of people as far back as August 2013.

finally on December 31st 2013 IceDrill Team Member 'will' stated: 'We're still in daily contact with HashFast regarding our order' and 'We can confirm that we will not take actions that would waive our statutory or contractual rights'
At no time did HashFast ever mention they had changed their position on the refund policy. It has always been understood that the 'payment form' determined the 'refund form'
This has been the case right up until midnight December 31st 2013. HashFast were asked by many people on many occasions, months before they failed to deliver. Miners were asking all the right questions and got told 'refunds are in BTC not USD' if you paid in BTC.
