the only thing that would make me a happy hashfast-customer, would be two full sierras in my house in the first half of January 2014, instead of a quasi-obsolete BabyJet with upgrade.

All else would leave me being Mr Grumpy  Angry <- my face since 20-30 October.

Yeah. January 31st/February 1st. We might not be so bad off if the network hashrate stays calm. Better than taking the offered USD refund, anyway. :-p

The one thing I can see really fucking this up is the fact that they're only sending *chips* as part of the MPP. They consider getting a rig to put them in a completely separate matter. >.<

If they are *really* interested in making their customers happy, they should ship the MPP before the official three months is up, since it should be obvious to anyone that people like me will *not* be making back their BTC investment with a mere 400 GH/s. I mean, we're almost a third of the way through it already since they decided to start counting from when the miners *should* have shipped, October 30-ish.
MPP should ship by the first day of February, they said that "benefits are calculated" starting from the original shipping date, right?
I'm fairly optimist if they stand to that deadline... The problem will be that we won't have any recourse when they will delay the MPP to April or so.

At this rate the MPP boards will ship before the actual miners!

We should all only care about when the MPP ships, everything else is pointless. Sure, them having a product is better than them not having a product.

Yes, I have re-send to him the bunch of questions about the MPP shipping date, calculation method, future batches estimated shipping...still waiting  Undecided

Where did he give you this info?

As i repeated in the whole forum for months, i have the money and the will to sue them. I miss the time and a contact with a lawyer located next door, since that i'm from oversea.

There are so many things we can sue them on, just do it, no?

Or better you do it, i give you suggestions and part of the money. I have to trust that you, tough.

So when do the lawsuits start? Over promised, promised delivery?  Promised MMP? Promised full refund in the payment that was received? They havent shippex within 90 days? They change thier tos? promised updates? now how do you have confidence in a company that cant keep thier promises?

Nah. People need to spend bitcoin in order for it to be successful. Hoarding bitcoin just starves the Bitcoin economy. If you're so bullish on Bitcoin that you can't bear to spend it on anything, then you should really have *all* your money in. Then at least your spending power will increase with the price. I've got everything I have, save for the stuff I'd already stashed away in an IRA and a 401k, and couple hundred in emergency funds, in bitcoin. By no means am I a Bitcoin millionaire, but it's been nice seeing my spending power increase even as I continue buying stuff with it.

Seriously, your head is in the wrong game if you only see Bitcoin as a way to obtain more fiat.

That is completely unreasonable. Ambient below 72F ? WTF is going on over there at HashFast ?
HashFast is very busy assembling the first batch of true 3rd gen Bitcoin mining hardware.
These miners are not intended for home use.  In other words, commercial use only.
They aren't set-top boxes or your Playstation.  They need to be hosted in a temperature controlled environment, not your basement/garage/attic.
"Unreasonable" is expecting heavy-duty professional grade hardware to run reliably in an ad hoc amateur setup.
"Unreasonable" is buying a supercharged Cadillac XLR because you want the high-compression 443 hp engine, then whining because it only takes premium gas.

Not sure if serious or trolling...

Do the math. Oh .. sorry you can't. Oops.. I guess you found a new place to be belligerent huh ?

Condolences? Why? My BJ + upgrade + the amazing MPP is only $ 63,894. Thats a mere $ 80 per GH.

Ya , don't feel pity for us. We've also only missed out on:
.33 btc a day x 38Days (AND COUNTING) = 12.5 BTC  = $12,500

Its ok though, we are getting superior customer service. They do want to see us succeed. Oh wait, since they removed that line from the MPP on thier website, i guess they don't anymore??

That day? You can still make bad decisions on Hashfast now... batch 4 still "in stock". Act quick.

Fair enough. I'm just pretty sour on the whole mining scene right now.

HashFast was going to be my 4th bad choice when choosing mining gear.
And if it weren't for my shitty ISP leaving me without internet access that day I would have done it again.
