According from the first post, you'd have to contact customer support in order to claim it. About account manager, there is nothing like that here in the forum, and don't make the mistake of handing over your official account log in details to anyone, and pming Thymos could be near impossible since he rarely replies to pms, asking all the questions you want here can help you to get right answer and guidance.
You can also contact any of the forum signature campaign managers if you want to promote your brand directly, but you don't need an account manager for anything.
