Thank you for that. I tried to PM myself but am not allowed.
It's now over three months, tens of tickets opened and not a single reply.
I posted this: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.59087378

No replies from them. It's either they didn't read or don't care. They seem dead honestly.

Sorry for not making it clear but you should start a thread in scam accusations board (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0) using the recommended format (https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/scam-report-format-use-it-to-make-scam-reports-properly-260073). Posting in their ANN would be a lot less visible to ppl who helps with flags (Overview of the trust flags). Make sure to back your claims with evidences otherwise it's unlikely that ppl will believe your case.

I PM'd them about this thread. Let's hope they are being notified thru email for every PMs and checks their mailbox.

Consider starting a scam accusation thread about them if you have been waiting for too long (recommended format).

OK, at least they didn't tell me lies but this doesn't solve he problem
Sure. I just want to get out but they don't let me withdraw the coins I still have there.

March 2019 article:

Hashnest, a cloud-based mining platform, is no longer a Bitmain subsidiary but an external project funded by it.

and it's been two years since...

OK, at least they didn't tell me lies but this doesn't solve he problem

In any case, it's best to get out of anything cloud mining. When things go south, it's highly likely you will be used to make up for the company's losses.

I gave you a link to the official hashnest thread in a previous reply, have you checked it?

Yes, yes, thank you!   I was wondering why the search function doesn't find it.

Google search is recommended for example with the keyword "hashnest site:bitcointalk.org".

OK....

I have already written to bitmain repeatedly and they deny they have relationship with hashnest.  They say they have "separated" from hashnest, that they are different entities, that I am complaining with the wrong company and that they can't help me.

So either they lie to keep my money or all the sites that say "you can trust hashnest because it's a brand of bitmain" have wrong information.

When were these info published? they could just be outdated.

and it's been two years since... they might as well not be funded by them anymore considering cloud mining is not as in demand as before.

Thank you.  But then, why if I go to home of bitcointalk and type "hashnest" in the search field, it doesn't find anything?

Google search is recommended for example with the keyword "hashnest site:bitcointalk.org". I just found a profile linked to this company and and last active 6 September ago , I assume it's official support (check the profile here). Again, just write your complaint in their official thread, link >> https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/hashnest-discussion-and-support-thread-766448

Note: Write any complaint that deserves to be published. Always protect your personal information.

Perhaps their claims are true because of concerns about Chinese regulation, so they're really splitting up at this point. . Idk.

I guess there's no official hashnest support here and it's bad that a lot of people haven't managed to solve their problem.
A little hint, it looks like hashnet has been acquired by bitmain. If this acquisition is still valid, maybe you can contact bitmain support instead.

I am having big trouble with hashnest.

Before I post, is there a dedicated section for discussing this site and/or contact the administrators?

I tried the search function of bitcointalk and it only finds very old posts (5 years old or so) which is odd as the site is still up today
