Do not base your hashrate off the displayed speed/quantity of ghs. Open the balance page and look at the bottom entry. You will notice that it is UMISOO. That is where you can find the accurate ghs that you possess and are getting paid for.

Do you know if the hashes are going to say active or if they disappear after the round like some are saying
The latest post of hashnest.com here seems to be clarifying that. I've never noticed my hashrate actually disappearing. Maybe it's not all that stable but I guess that there are bugs with how the hashrate is displayed. I always got normal payouts. Despite what the dashboard was showing.

I was in from the second day or so, I have about 45% of my intial back at the moment. I'd say that things look positive taken that the latest difficulty increases were so small and that the price bounced back from the depths of 300$. I'll be looking to see if there's not more than 1000000 Gh/s left soon.

i interpreted "*Secondary Market GHS buying and selling will be open once Round 1 subscription is completed." meant that once round one was sold you could sell/trade your GHS

I realized way too late that I didn't understand how this service works. I will never, ever see a return on my investment. I paid almost 1.4 BTC for 1TH/s on September 4th. It is now October 14th and I have barely made 0.4 BTC back. It's my own fault, I didn't realize that when the round is over my hash goes away. I thought it would be transferred or added in to the new round. I'm very disappointed.

Is this true? When the round is over your hash goes away?!

It appears to be true from my interpretation of the information on the website.

where within the information from the site are you deducing that the hashrate has a termination date or that there was a "round" where your purchased hashrate would be removed? the only indication of "round" that I have been able to find is that there will be additional rounds of hashrate release once the first s2 farm is sold out. based on the sales options for bitmaintech, it would appear that they have s3 and s4 farms as well. if you could post a link to where you go the information for your assumption, that would be helpful.

Can we get some clarification on this please

Notification: Miners' Earning assigned all together on Oct. 16th

As the faulty of mining pool program, all the miners including S3's hash rate couldn't withdraw to HASHNEST platform on Oct. 15th(Beijing Time). We assigned the earning all together with Oct. 16th, and the earning for AntS3 is 0.0000287/GHS, that's twice as much as the usual PPS earning. In another words, that's the earning for two days, but only charged users one day electricity + maintenance fee.

Really? Are you sure that you are compensating the users? I'm not sure I am seeing this correctly then.

2014-10-17 17:54:39   -0.0024623   0.0209966 BTC   Mining   Maintenance Fee
2014-10-17 17:54:39   +0.0041778   0.0234589 BTC   Mining   Earnings
2014-10-16 18:36:56   -0.0023733   0.0192811 BTC   Mining   Maintenance Fee
2014-10-16 18:36:56   +0.0041635   0.0216545 BTC   Mining   Earnings
2014-10-15 12:20:30   -0.0023638   0.017491 BTC   Mining   Maintenance Fee
2014-10-15 12:20:30   +0.0040914   0.0198548  BTC   Mining   Earnings
2014-10-14 14:43:44   -0.0023141   0.0157634  BTC   Mining   Maintenance Fee
2014-10-14 14:43:44   +0.0041825   0.0180775  BTC   Mining   Earnings
2014-10-13 11:55:15   -0.0025177   0.013895  BTC   Mining   Maintenance Fee
2014-10-13 11:55:15   +0.0041806   0.0164128  BTC   Mining   Earnings

Now that looks like payments as normal. I see no difference there due to maintenance or other interruption. Additionally, there is no difference in payments or fees as your last two posts would suggest there should be.

Wanted to add another note. If you think your hashrate has been removed or expired, please click on the balance tab at the top. At the bottom of the list on the left hand side you will see an entry for Umisoo. The column immediately to the right of that shows your currently owned/purchased hashrate. If you see that the entry is not reflecting what you had purchased, then I would advise submitting a ticket addressing the issue of the missing hashrate.
