Can some give me a good answer on this:

I send BTC to my deposit address arround 15PM UTC on march 2nd, it has now 471 network confirmations
but it's still not on my hasnest wallet/dashboard
transaction was include with another 36 tx's on block #511655 and it was mined by an "unknow" mining pool

can be that "unknow pool" the problem or it is hashnest problem?

in case it is hashnest, when I will get my BTC? I send my entire salary on this for add to my mined btc there to get enought to pay my bills on one payment using bitcoin, my credit card resume expires on march 9th, then the company will disable my credit card to buy until I make de payment, I need my credit card to buy foods and to live using bitcoin...

so, how can I speed up this thing? it's worth to call hashnest phone number hoping they resolve this more faster?

I'm living in Argentina

That's true, I have yet to have them not fix an issue in a timely manner.
With crypto though, it's always suspenseful.
I myself am not up to speed on bech32 even after researching it, what exactly do I need to do to prevent this from happening beyond upgrading my install to 16.0 ?

Just upgrade to the latest version and keep your regular wallet.dat file (I'd back up the wallet.dat first just to be sure).

If your wallet file is encrypted, nothing can happen before  you put your password in and I can't imagine the developers signing a transaction to a new bech32 wallet as soon as core is opened (otherwise, Bitcoin's price would have fallen to $1000 or less as it's supposed to be decentralised and we know how rightly sensitive bitcoiners get when their blockchain decentralisation is tampered with).

Will Hashnest be able to process deposits from bech32 addresses?

Just before I try it I want to know if anyone has had success depositing with them yet (I see no reason why not considering btc.com allows them on it's block explorer and bitmain own btc.com).

I sent a payment from an old 15.1 wallet, and it never showed up on here.  I have a support ticket open about it for a day so far with no response.

I think they say it should take at least 48 hours for them to respond. They're not the slowest support out there (I mean a lot of exchanges I've used have taken a month to get back to me before now).

Finally got my stuck withdrawal returned after almost a month and now I can't even withdraw 20 LTC without a "approval from management".

What is going on Hashnest!?
for about 2 days maintenance on Litecoin Wallet, so you cannot take
out your LTC before Fork-Time

Nice Try Bitmain

is there an announcement about the 2 day maintanance ?
if you go to wallet and then try to withdrawal LTC, there is a blue Line with error code:
"wallet server is in maintenance, please try again later"
this message shows up for 2 days now

Ok here is a problem, according to hashnest withdraw page it's showing my 2 month old withdraw is at 0 conformations, and there own app is still showing unconfirmed, but when click on the provide txid id link they provide it's showing over 1k confirmed conformations. Either way i still not got my dec 12, .025 btc ...

** UPDATE ***

Well i am an noob, seems if i went back to dec 11 they did send my btc... I just today got the withdraw email notification..

So you got your withdrawal amount then? When did it confirm and how long did it take to get that confirmation for your TX as it was a lower fee one?

Got it on dec 11, according to Coinbase.. I just never got an email withdraw from Bitman nor did the ios app/web site show withdraw till i posted on here seems, i got under the radar before the influx of higher tx withdraw fees started.

But after i posted on here the next day i got the withdraw email from Bitman and block-chain.info they use for tracking their withdraws finally showed over 1k conformations, weird how that all happened in 1 day. Till then it had  unconfirmed on bitman's web site and 0 confirmations on block-chain.info.

I opened a ticket but no response from hashnest! What should i do? It have pased 5 daya

It depends on the question. I open one for withdraw, there was no reply for 2 weeks. Then I received my withdraw.

Still waiting for mine. It has been almost 4 weeks. Got several responses from email support, zero from multiple tickets.

Support has "forwarded this issue to our tech team" even though it is a simple withdrawal in "auditing".

They must have everyone working on making/shipping miners, but these delays are frustrating.
If the long wait must be annoying,
hopefully there will be improvements in the future

Will there be new miners in hashnest itself? Not for mining on our own?

I would not count on it.  They stopped offering miners to buy for about a year.  You can buy hash rate there.  I do wish they offered buying miners to host like how they used to.  But your best bet is to buy the miners and mine it at home.

My speculative opinion:
It generally feels like they offer miners to buy only when its not that profitable and they make more profit on selling machines.  Once mining becomes profitable they don't sell them.  Thats why earlier last year the s9 were bringing in just only 5 bucks a day (the time they sold s9 machines on hashnest)  but now it brings in way more like $25-30 a year later.

Your point doesn't seem to be too far from the truth.
Although, it was estimated that each S9 costs about $300 for them to make and they can then sell that for $1000+ on hashnest so it is worthwhile for them to do it that way, although, if we compare it to my shares of S7 miners, I have 20THs which make about 0.0015BTC per day. And the current market dump would mean that the market depletes if more stock gets added to quickly.

If we take ~0.03/0.0015 it takes under a month for them to ROI on their miner.
And based on:
• The overwhelming speculation that genesis mining contracts never ROI - apparently (when mining Bitcoin).
• The recent defeat of viabtc where they now charge 50% maintenance fees (used to be 3% so it's a pretty steep increase).
• Other sites like hashflare needing ID which is a fairly unreasonable request.
It's clear that Hashnest are going to get the most money pumped into them as they have also been around the longest, and anything to do with hidden blocks they attempt to sort (doesn't seem to be working well but it's still something)...
