Hi, does anyone know how to reset the Trade Pin on HashNest?

To buy and sell processing units on the app works without the pin but to withdraw it is required.
I went to settings and clicked on "Click and reset" which gave me a popup saying that an email has been sent.
I check my inbox and spam folders but nothing.

the last call is quite confusing!
it looks like the order-call, but it gives a list if all trades in the past. so you can only see what happened in the past, you can not see the orderbook!

Haven't used it myself but isn't the last call in the api doc (https://www.hashnest.com/hashnest_api) for the order list? Not sure for withdrawals/deposits though...

EDIT: https://www.hashnest.com/settings perhaps check if your IP settings are accordingly for the api call? (probably not possiblity for wd/dep with api calls since you can't even choose that here...)

anyone using hashnest API?
it really sucks.. important things like withdrawals and orderbooks are missing. or does anyone know the commands? ( -> bounty, pm me )

i opened a ticket #5295 at hashnest, but no real reponse..

Well, I was able to get in now. Hmm, what the hell, I'll buy a few MH of L3+ and give it a whirl. The .07 BTC I had on Hashnest would go nowhere fast, anyway, if I tried to transfer them somewhere else right now. It's not much, (17 MH), but it's a start. 

As a side note - Is anyone else making a killing with the L3+ miners?  I got mine less than 2 weeks ago and am already at 20% ROI

This was happening to me but it seems to be working now.  I don't know if it's just timing or not but I logged in on the bitmain forum successfully and then was able to get into my account again.

Good, now I know that it isn't just me. Fortunately, I was only going to log in to check my numbers and wan't planning on doing anything else.

The same here. Could not login.

Anyone else having problems logging in? I put in my credentials, and it does not log in. I don't think I "forgot" my password since I am using Keepass.

Not hitting limit, and one did end up working.

Withdrawing seems to be frozen currently, if you withdraw, it will result in a double spend error and you will not be refunded.
I would recommend not withdrawing large amounts until we hear back from them.

I'm getting a double spend error when I try to withdraw from hashnest.

You might try the viabtc. They payout the fees.

I'm disappointed that Bitmain choose to sell L3 hashrate in 1 GH blocks in market instead of maybe 100 MH increments, makes it a little more difficult to justify buying from them even though they're essentially guaranteed profit.

They actually ARE in MH blocks on Hashnest, they're just priced in LTC. My bad, could have something to do with not updating app in a while.

Also fees make up on average a 12% bonus of income from BTC blocks now, which aren't being paid to hashnest miners.
Not sure what is up with rewards for L3+ miner shares, on a few blocks, the reward is much lower than it should be as well, perhaps I am missing something.
The upfront fees are indeed attractive, but the lack of transaction fees for BTC is quite taxing now.

I think the issue has been fixed with the last block, but there has been no compensation towards customers for the overpaid fees what so ever. Very rude.

Hashnest, please fix the problem!

There's a bug on Hashnest for more than a day now, resulting in customers having to overpay on fees:

The exchange rate used to deduct maintenance fees is taken from coinbase. However, this exchange rate has been stuck at $1623.8088 for more than a day now, despite having risen more than 100$ in the meantime.

Hashnest: Please stop stealing from your customers and finally address this issue! It has been brought to your attention almost a day ago in the Bitmain forum, yet there is no official answer.

Today I made LTC withdrawal to Poloniex. Amount was deducted from my Hashnest wallet, but received small amount (almost nothing) on my Poloniex address. Blockchain transaction shows moving only this small amount, but I'm missing withdrawal amount requested in Hashnest wallet. I made support ticket #4991 but I was not able to upload screenshots.
