Honestly, if it needs to be explained i wouldn't use this service.
If you like to gamble on some rounds on pools.. or even solo mining.. this service is for you.
(BTW.. I dont own this service.. Just helping promote it)

GUIminer has worked for other people.. Not sure what he is doing wrong
So you can not use it with GUIminer?
You must be doing something wrong.. did you create a miner worker? make sure you didnt select leasing worker?
It's a poclbm/GUIminer error I think, but CGMiner won't connect either.
