Faucethub is a nice option, lightning fast payment with virtually no fees, and you have multiple currencies to choose from if you feel like offering different cryptos.
Yes, easy withdrawal saves my time too xD . But atmosphere around Ad networks is really low still fighting to get active campaigns for CPM
