Yes it is a scam, no phone numbers, no address or proper name, no proof of qualification, no Avalon chip order reference or date.

I'd vote yes. Haven't heard from HashTech in any way. He hasn't logged into the forum, hasn't updated his site, and has not responded to email.

If it was a scam, it was a very weak one. They didn't make off with very much BTC, they could have gotten a TON more. Time will tell.

Also, I sent an email last Thursday and have not yet received a response. So if not a scam, then definitely AWOL. The unusual thing is that the website is set to no longer take orders. If you order one, you will never receive an email. This means that there is no possibility for additional receiving of BTC on HashTech's end. If this truly is a scam, I would think they would try to get money for as long as possible.
My guess is that this is a legitimate effort to try to create a product, but they are likely running into more trouble than they expected getting things going. "Please be patient with us as we have had a few hiccups with regards to our new offices and staff..."

Based on the list of people they're sending demos to... yes, I wouldn't worry about... 4 of those 5 will be loud and vocal about it when they don't deliver.

We will be uploading all the relevant documentation and pictures to the website in the next few days. We will also be including pictures of the entire team, address of our new offices, land line phone numbers and anything else the community requests. And obviously when everything is up and running we will have our first open day!
On the website i see none of these promises have been kept.
Now you have fallen silent.
We can only assume you are a SCAMMER.

With a batch 1 avalon I'm interested, I put in a order on the website for 1 hashing module. At the time I clicked the order button it said 33 units left to reserve... checked back and now it says 32. No confirmation email yet.

No, we have not seen proof yet. As someone who placed an initial 1 BTC deposit prior to the deposit escrow, I have not yet been notified of a refund. I am still interested in the order, and would like to hold my place in line if possible, but have not yet received information on whether that will be possible or not yet either.
It does appear as though orders are currently disabled, as HashTech had suggested they would be. If you try to place an order for one now, you will not receive an email.
An update would be greatly appreciated.
