Just read the rules and choose the one that allows to join even for newbies. In some cases you need to have at least 200 followers in twitter and facebook. There're some rare bounties that give the same stakes for everyone no matter the number of followers.

If you mean signature campaigns you have to make a research to find one and it won't be easy. If you're ready to participate in any campaign you can join almost any twitter, facebook and especially telegram campaigns. All you need is only a real account and some time.
