Sent him 1300usd via paypal, been 24 hours havent received anything, asked for proof of blockchain info etc but nothing, just kept coming up with excuses. Gonna dispute on paypal
People like you who can't even read or understand what's going on in the thread should always use escrow.

Donot sent even directly or first from paypal and do escrow for bitcoins whenever you or anyone trade here.

Yeah i sent via goods and service, so not sure what he's thinking trying to scam people via paypal where others can do chargebacks. Troublesome but holefully i get my cash back via dispute.

Never trust someone who is new here or with no trading history/reputation. If that guy wants to be trusted, he should send BTC first to a trusted member.

For those of you who already sent money to him, make a Paypal dispute immediately. I smell scam here.

Indeed. You should never send to someone that is a newbie and have trust score of zero...

That's why escrow is always the way to go - otherwise you're certainly going to get ripped at least once in your bitcoining life and that shouldn't be something that you want, getting ripped off in cyberspace and not being able to track the criminal down.

Dispute asap is what i would say as well, don't waste any time. Also as atris said make sure you open a scam accusation on this forum as well so the scammer don't rip anyone else off whilst you dispute on paypal.

I like this threads
3/4 people say they have sent money but I'm sure they are one and the same person

Why would you ever send first to anyone?

Let alone some newbie on this forum that have no previous trades, no nothing?

Did you at least send via goods and services? Because otherwise i'm pretty sure you can only be disputing friends and family if the transaction was fraudulent - which it isn't in your case of course.

Please open a scam accusation in this board with the correct format: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0 so that he can get negged repped by DT members and nobody else gets scammed.

I have a feeling a fake vouch will soon come from the person who posted above you. To lure people to send first.
