The best and safest and cheapest exchange BTC/ETH is not a usual commercial exchange or p2p like bitcointalkforum or lbc.
Its inside decentral blockchain platforms.
You dont have to trust a company only the protocol(I call that Bitcoin 2.0).
I believe waves will make bittrex and poloniex obsolete very soon...

I suggest you selling on any exchange.
There are some small exchanges like mercatox who let you choose withdrawals fee's of bitcoin , so you can chose 0,0003-0,002 btc for withdrawal fee instead of fixed amount of 0,001(If you want to avoid high fee's)
You also do not need for any kind of verification(except e-mail)

This is the reason why there are people who will get scam since they are so lazy for reaching the legit exchanger site where they can buy there wants safely. He shouldn't try to trust people here since they might gonna scam him if the balance he change is huge.
Can't you sell it on trading exchanges like Bittrex or Polo? I believe it would be so difficult for you to find one who will be wanting your trade if ever. but chances are maybe there will be some who will be wanting that, good luck then.
