If it was purchase transaction,Paypal will cancel the transaction and restore funds back to you
But you are waiting with a hope of getting btc from the buyer.
Can you post teh screenshots of the the transactions from your paypal account ? (if you still have the access to the account )

about your game account ,i suggest you ask them for refund to my balance and we should done here

You are from Vietnam .Another Big red flag for me (from my personal experience,as most of the stolen credit card,bank log-ins,PP accounts etc are sold from Vietnam)

Prove your honesty and send the btc to an escrow until the items purchased is released to your game account and we're all clear or just refund the money, Either that or you're totally wasting time till you figure a way to revoke disputing.

why not find some trusted escrow and you send BTC to an escrow first?
