macau The island of paradise for gamblers
not big country and casino in there is ready reagulate and about law not strong , although this now under control china. diference with las vegas, same paradise for gamble, but USA is strong about law

Macau is really a good spot for gamblers, with its isolated feel being a small island and gamblers from all over the world flocking the place with many gaming casinos to play woth. Also it helps that Macau is well known for its gaming culture as the people and the city adapted to it kaking it clearly a haven for gamblers. What is also special for me when I have been there was that they are relaxed and doesnt give you a creepy vibe when you are playing there

Macau is the Las Vegas of Asia (although Singapore also claims to be so).
Personally many of my relatives lives and works in Hong Kong and Macau. I'll visit that place when I get a chance.

Singapore only has 2 casinos, seriously cannot be compared to Macau. Macau's entire economy seems to be powered by their gambling industry, I think. For sure, take a trip there if the opportunity arises as I think it will be fun for you Smiley
Maybe I do not understand a little something, but why should the Masai tribe use casinos or other gambling? And in general, I think that gambling is a little different and called the wheels people who have What to lose. I would not want to give my money just for fun.

To Macau? It is just like a dream for me because that place is too far away from my home. I will need to spend a lot of money to go there. Hopefully someday I will be able to go there to play real gambling in a real casino.

I think country where betting and casinos are legal then you do not have to go to Macau unless you want to go for holiday and get change. Just specifically if you want to go for casinos then you can certainly do this in you own country and with the amount that you would have spent going there and coming back that much you can play in gambling and might be you can double the amount who knows.

i think its all about leisure mate as we knew macau is the best place for doing gamble especially those in Asia, Macau is the easiest place to enjoy most of the gambling games that casino can bring us I also wanted to try going there but not exactly to gamble but just feel how warm it is when playing to a  well known place like this.

Never been to Macau and would love to go someday. People are saying it's a gambler's paradise, etc. For people who have been there, what is the vibe like? Is it like Las Vegas with it's party/holiday/vacation vibe, i.e. people walking around the main drags drinking alcohol, partying in the clubs and bars, etc?

It's like a gambler's paradise there. About 33 casinos squeezed into a small island.
It will be nice to go there someday, but at the moment I don’t have the funds, Las Vegas is a lot closer to me so I will probably have to make do with Las Vegas instead of Macau.

It is a very nice place to go but I don't want to put myself at risk on other country. It's better to gamble on your very own native country, I'm not comfortable to gamble on other countries without having a big pocket money. I just want to go there and witness other's fortune.
Also to be honest I do not know how I will communicate there, since I can only speak English if it is a tourist zone then there must be people that speak English but it does not matter communication is going to be a problem.

And they build everything there BIG. As in BIGGGGGG! I been to Las Vegas and to Macau. Las Vegas is nothing when the whole Macau area is fully developed! Every big casino/hotel that was in Las Vegas is bigger and better in Macau. Though I haven't gotten in the casinos areas though. Well, I was never a fan of real casinos anyway.

Yeah I agree, though I haven't been to vegas yet. I had a great time at Macau. The tour buses there are free, which was the best thing I remembered from my stay there. You can go visit any casino/hotel via their free buses and you can get back to your own through it too. The hotels are pretty fine too, it's so luxurious and nice to be in.

Never been there, but I don't think it can be better than Vegas. I only know it from movies though, so my info might be wrong of course.
One thing is sure, it's way better than my country, because we don't have many casinos here, and the ones we have are not very special.
judge something from a movie? i don't think it's could be a good point of view. as movie are movie , everything has been edited to make it looks nice than the reality. better to ask those people who have travelled there and give a shot on several casinos. macau sounds like the best place to gamble after vegas indeed but still it's 'sounds' everyone have different thought right? it's just the movies that successfully makes vegas looks better.

My friend family drop in Venetian Macao(currently largest casino in the world) when they visit Hongkong, their pictures is too awesome to be a casino it looks serene and with peace unlike in Vegas casino shown in movies which seems to be too crowded.
venetian macao are indeed the biggest casino in the world but did you know that luxury place are owned by american las vegas company? so basically that place looks great due it's managed by the american las vegas company, other than that macau casinos looks dirty and not healthy mostly. not every casino but i say mostly.
