My first account on primedice got muted but I don't think that can count as kicked or banned. I was just not allow to chat in there. I was a newbie back then, didn't know the rules and suddenly receive a mute without me knowing why. Embarrassed

In physical casinos, I have heard of people getting 'asked' to leave because they are winning too much(I've never been in one to know)-- I always thought this wasn't right, since the business pretty much rips everyone else off, and it's unfair if someone is really that lucky, but whatever, that's just the crap you got to deal with!

So I was wondering... have any of you been banned or 'dismissed' from the more popular online casinos because you were that skillful and/or lucky?

I'm not talking about using the free money they give you and making wild bets (I can understand why a site would ban you for that...)

I have never seen such thing happening online, the (old) software driven casino's were always rigged so the luck would always runs out fast enough, and the provably fair casino's that are online now don't look at a individual players really, they see it as a whole and for the long run.

So someone being really lucky at times will only be good advertisement to the site i think.

Well, that is their rule so we cannot expect that it is 100% fair, while we are just gamblers we should just play for fun because we are just gong to lose our money betting on dice games with huge house edge.

I used to play in a electronic roulette casino game, those big platforms when you sit and tap on a screen and see the ball rolling in the center. I swear that I had some sort of pattern figured out, I knew when certain numbers would come up and the times. Of course it was not always 100% sure but I've never encountered a situation like this in my life.

I used to go every other day, bet with $20 and came out with $100. Sometimes I got much more than that. I must have won more than $2000. Sometimes it took more time since the ball bounced back from the actual number/bet I had but it was clear the roulette send the ball in that direction. Anyway to cut the story short, a guy approached once and did some light talk (he was from the casino), something about drinks, whatever, you know, he was just testing me and getting closer.

I had to leave the city for months, when I came back the roulette game was replaced. You draw your own conclusions, haha.

On April 15, 2011, the US Department of Justice shut down Poker Stars and Full Tilt Poker for US citizens.

As far as casinos - online or brick and mortar, no, I have never been banned or dismissed for winning too much, lol.

I have never seen anyone banned in real life for winning too much at a casino. In fact, one time I watched as a Russian mafia boss win all the chips at a craps table once at the Taj Mahal casino in Atlantic City. He was drunk  AF surrounded by bodyguards playing by himself at a $25 min craps table. No one else was allowed to play at the table. Anyway, I watched as he won all the chips at the table - over $500K worth in a span of about 5 hours or so.

When the the table ran out of chips, they did a chip refill because the drunk Russian mafia boss wanted to keep on playing on the same table. He was so drunk, he couldn't even stand. He sat in one of those chairs for blackjack and had to be held up in his seat by one of his bodyguards. He won ~150k more of the new chips before he finally quit and was taken up to his room by his bodyguards according to the dealers.

If you want to see a documentary series about people getting banned for winning too much or cheating casinos, watch the series, "Breaking Vegas."

Forgive me for not properly quoting your replies, I'm on mobile right now.

Naw, it's not just in movies, real people I know have said it's been done (they grew up near the Reservations to know), also there is a reply of someone being asked to leave, so it does happen.

It's like the All-you-can-eat buffets, if people kick you out for eating too much food, they are certainly going to kick you out for making too much money.

It's nice to see different replies here. Like the one where they decrease your limits, or where they ask you to withdrawl and close your account, I can see that happening. I don't think it's right (as a business, there's gamble involved for the owners too), but they are allowed to do it.

I suppose, if one doesn't get greedy (HA!), and doesn't press their luck (such as, use most of their winnings to regamble, and strategically withdrawl), then you'll go under the radar.

Mostly, I'm afraid they'll think I cheated, and I don't even know how, but they'd never believe me.

I think if you clever enough to find  a glitch then you deserve it for the same reason you said, because they pretty much rip people off.
Then they cry about it when you win.
I haven't seen any casinos banning people for finding glitches and reporting them.Infact, casinos reward you for that.I'll give you one for the "cry when you win part" because if by surprise you're lucky enough to hit the jackpot, casino will investigate your account and the rolls to make sure you don't have the exploit. Most of the times, they're successful finding it out.

It never happened to me online but it did occur in real life.
I was visiting a friend in a different town, went to a small casino and have played slot machine. One coin gave me four credits to play with so I did and with my second to last credit I managed to score triple bar. Shocked  Won something around 90$ in change, immediately after that I put some coins(smaller in value) in to three machines nearby...
Second machine hit 3x banana Cheesy another ~25$ started to pop out. First machine was still ringing and now this second one... Than a manager appeared out of nowhere(huge guy) and said that they must be wrongly calibrated Huh Then, asked me politely to leave because of reasons.

i think i am such a lucky person that up to now i have never banned. actually i have never applied any where else. i am just earning bitcoin from yobit and that is eneouh for me.
Funny, how in a Gambling topic, the first repy is from a YoShit spammer who clearly didn't read OP and writes about signature campaigns
which have nothing to do with the situations supposed to be discussed here.

I haven't experienced to be banned or kicked out of any online casino.  Well I would gladly experience it if the sole reason is that I'm winning too much LOL.  It would make me millionaire for sure.  Winning all bets and taking jackpots and huge prizes!  And when kicked out, vpn is always there.  I can create another account and then play again until kicked out.

No one gets kicked out of a casino online/offline because they're winning too much. Not the one's I have heard of.Movies is a different scene, that ain't real.Have seen people getting kicked out for begging/abusing/faucet leeching on the online casinos. Its a place for scammers to whine anyway.I was kicked out of FortubeJack chat because I tried to find someone who had scammed me for a few bucks, unfortunately the person was one of the mods in their team ,when I inquired about that person I didn;t get any response but got banned for abusive behavior.

If you have started to earn too much you will 100% have your bet limits decreased. I have seen such things happening to winning players in both Bitcoin and fiat online casinos so it's a common occurrence everywhere. You won't be banned for winning too much but it's very likely you will be asked by the staff to withdraw all your stuff and close your account yourself. If there is nothing wrong with your account there is no grounds for banning or dismissing your account but the site will be very happy to get rid of you  Grin
