Its not easy to recover losses and its too hard to accept if your loss is too big.
Honestly, i don’t gamble much like that, and I don’t even have 1BTC but i was able to recover some gambling losses before in casinos and in our local carnival. Its possible but its very low probability to win back your losses.

Have you ever had the experience to recover your losses fully?

NOTE: This thread is not for those small recoverable amounts like 0.01 or 0.1 BTC types, but those big 1, 2, 5, 10 and even 100 BTC losses and some miraculous stories where any of you managed to win them back.
Well, since its too big I think i will not chase not kind of losses anymore. I was able to recover my losses before but its a small money and its not possible all the time. Most of the time we chase our losses and yet we lose another money so its really hard to win it back.

Seriously speaking, I do not evenly managed to recover my losses because even I want to, I manageably accept that I must not chase for those losses of mine. It is not because I do not care of losing in the game, or maybe I am just wasting money for nothing, it is just that I know in myself that I cannot pull back my losses anymore because I better know myself that I cannot do such miraculous things to bring back my losses and even if I would try to do so, it will just pissed me off and I will just try it all over again and instead of retrieving my loss, I can just lead myself into a greater loss so I just consider my loss as a payment which is totally true for letting me experience such a great game which I have enjoyed and seek another game with my budget and if still unlucky, I better go home and try again next time. That is what I usually do whenever I tend to play into an online casino I am currently into in which I just treat those lost money of mine into payment for having fun into the variety of games it has since I have been already enjoying their great deal of bonus after I have done my first deposit.

Yes, I have. and I pride myself in being someone who isn't going to go back to gambling, I've noticed that it's a horrible wormhole to go into and you're just going to want to gamble more and more. You're going to become consumed with gambling, doesn't matter if you're winning or losing. Every waking minute of the day you're either doing some 'what if' rolls in dice ex: "What if I went all in here" and then rolls a 0 bitcoin role on some website.

You may go up a little or a lot, but if you continue to play all you're going to do is give the house more and more of an edge in beating you. The house has an edge for a reason, and that reason is to to beat you. That's how it works, thats why gambling companies exist. It's not profitable to give people a 50 50 shot at winning, as they may win and continue to win. But if you give them a 47 percent chance to win, you're going to win in the end.

Don't try to recover the losses, you're going to come out of this with no money and a life that has been lost to gambling.

Bitcoin FTW!
I went on a pretty big losing streak with CS:GO a few months back where I was down about 0.5BTC due to betting more than I should have on multiple poor odds matches, but I managed to get it all back within two weeks through a few very risky bets that I put a significant amount of coins on. That's about the extent of my bigger losses, though I've also experienced multiple times where I was down about 0.1BTC or so. I've since scaled down my gambling for the most part after that incident and you'd likely consider me to be a smaller scale gambler now.

Recover such huge amount of money,  how much did we really invest?  I have not really recovered my loss in gambling but I do make little win.  It is very difficult to recover loses in gambling because if you make loss the greed to recover your loses makes you to increase your risk and as such loss more.

Gambling is somehow like investment which have it own down and up trend time. But, I haven't actually recover all my losses in full because it take awhile to understand the certain gambling which usually bring good return and knowing the time to call  it a day.

Majority of the users around the forum are low scale gamblers. From my experience it isn't good to go behind recovering the losses happened on the games instantly. It needs to be planned on the long term, whether it can be 0.1 btc or 100 btc doesn't matter. When one goes for instant recovery increasing the bet value the user might get lucky to get back the loss or ends with big loss. If he plans precisely, then recovery of loss happens with slowly with small funds added to the regular betting value. Even if the event fails, loss won't be big.

Why it should be limited to big lose only? Not all gamblers are whales who can bet big-lose big-recover-lose it again-recover it again-lose it again....The most important thing is not about the amount but about how to deal with loses and what to do when we can recover the lost.
If the main concern is about the amount then it is subjective. 1,2,5,10,or even 100 can be just small amount for whales but on other side 0.01 or 0.1 can be so huge amount for small gambler like me.

Thats exactly what I think. 0.1 might be nothing to op, but for someone it is decent amount of money. And his bets can be smaller.
So everybody should tell his loss/recover in x-ses = how many x he lost/recover his bet.
Example if your bet is 1$ and you win 56$ then you win 56x

I never tried because I thought If I try to do then I'll loss more money. I just gamble for fun & passing my leisure time. So, It's obvious that I never managed to get back my capital which I lost.Another thing is when I was gambling for the first time I lost some money then I tried to recover it and lost more.So from then I stooped recovering my losses.

Definitely I was able to recover most of my losses, but the problem is that I still went on to gamble the next day and then lost everything. So it's not the question of recovery, I'm sure most gamblers can recover what they have lost, but how you manage if afterwards. Are you going back the next day (in my case) and try to gamble again and take the risk and hope that you can even win again?

To be honest, I think I'm not a talented gambler. I never receive any profit from gambling activities except free-roll on freebitco.in  Grin

Since I always lose all of my money, I no longer use real money to play. Yesterday, I played in Bitvest using free tokens. I got 1300 tokens from 100 (faucet) tokens. But in the end, it went to zero.
