It is a Brazilian indicator and can be found on tradingview, when you go to the site choose a btc chart and place this indicator by searching in the indicators section.
Examples: This indicator was able to predict this 30% increase that we had these days, it also predicted all this 300% increase that btc had, and hit many other predictions on the 5 minute charts.
