Awesome, some fellow Morbid Angel fans. That video is excellent, what I would give to be there...
Covenant is probably my favourite, but the first 3 are all up there (I liked Domination as well, if a little over produced). This band was one of my most listened to as a teenager, along with some grindcore bands (Napalm Death, Brutal Truth), and the early Cradle of Filth stuff.
Your user name is quite Scorpiony
Fun fact, the band used to own a seaside mansion a mile from where I live, and Uli's brother Zeno used to work in a local factory that I worked in for a while. Unfortunately he left a few months before I started working there so I never met him
Hahaha Yeah, Uli is one of my favorite guitarists - that's a trip about the mansion and Uli's brother working in the same factory that you later worked at! Too cool, man!
Because some people can read..
It's amazing what you find out if you actually get off your ass and learn.
And yeah guys i agree MA is awesome.. well except maybe that last one they made LOL
It was so bad the Bass player & Singer who was on Covenant was asked to leave..
and he went on to start a Country music career in Nashville i heard not long ago (no joke)
I'm an old fan of Carcass too and the Bass player Jeff Walker made a Country album covers release before.
Called "Carcass Cuntry" but that was intended to be just a one off side project 1 time.
Which we know they eventually went on to have a reunion and make some not bad metal..
Unlike D. Vincent who really did leave Metal to be a Country music guy
Anyway.. i am not sure how many times i can actually post here.. READ.
I am still amazed how many people form crazy judgements in their head
with out making any real effort to learn the facts.
Like i mean Wikipedia may not be 100% accurate but you will all get the idea..
And if needed go from there to verify the info if need be.
By the way i am not a member of the Church of Satan.
I simply stumbled onto the Wikipedia page for it and figured i'd share the info.
I found my views etc to be far more in line with their religion than i ever would have guessed.
An interesting read people seriously !
Oh yeah, that last MA album was not a favorite of mine in any way - hopefully the band is back on track with the return of Steve Tucker. I have seen a few minutes from David Vincent's new country venture - although I live in Texas, I can count on one hand the country songs I like - never figured we'd see him going country but if he enjoys it, more power to him, I guess. Here's a few in case anyone wants to check them out:
