My little experience today, earlier today I was gambling with one of these online gamble site then I was very lucky that I won so much money that's up to $500 with an initial amount that's it not up to $15. However I didn't win the whole money on one stake, for instance I won $200, I only withdraw $150 and gamble with the remaining $50. So that was how I was doing untill I won a lot but didn't withdraw them at once, I withdraw up to 4 times from my online gamble account and the fifth withdrawal wasn't successful and they said I have to wait for 24 hours before I can continue to withdraw the money, so while waiting I gamble and lost the money I was supposed to withdraw, so have you experienced a thing like this from any online gamble site that make you to lose the money that you wanted to withdraw?
During my early time in gambling yes as I become more greedy though not literally waiting for a time to withdraw it but since I do have the target to withdraw, I still fail to follow it and the result is not ok. You should have control yourself not to gamble everything, well its a big luck to win that much from a small capital only so next time if you have the opportunity again to take profit, better not to be greedy and be patient until you succeed with your withdrawal.

Of course it can happen very easily and I'd lie if I said it hadn't happened to me. But rather than supposed, I'd say it was money that I wanted to withdraw. Thanks for me I haven't been playing with money I can't afford to lose. So when I lost a balance I was looking at withdrawing, I just replaced it when I needed money with cash from my bank.

I think really most people should apply this principle when gambling. Otherwise without such limits it's hard to avoid hard and uncomfortable situations.

this happens to everyone, especially when you force yourself to continue gambling instead of cashing out, of course because we have money and hoping to win again so we try to place a bet but we don't know that the previous money that we earned will only run out even more... Money management and self control, these are just some of the things that we will always remember to avoid such incidents and also to avoid being greedy and addicted to gambling.

I have never experienced such a thing, it is because of the withdrawal constraints that require you to wait for 24 hours and then you reuse the money you should have withdrawn at that time, but I once experienced a win from a capital of $10 and became $300 then I thought this was enough to stop and take the profit, I thought about what I would buy at that time, and stopped for a moment to take a breath, but I was still curious about the next game and even from $300 to $200 and continued I thought I wanted to get back at least up to $300, but the game continued which ended up losing everything and I did not withdraw a penny, even though I had thought I would use it to shop with it.

A bit similar to your story perhaps although on different obstacles, you because of the time constraints of processing withdrawals and I because of the sense of curiosity, two different contexts but both have stories of failing to withdraw money that has been won and even thought of spending outside gambling.

You were smart OP, maybe you shouldn't withdraw frequently, you can only bet what you want to bet and the rest or the majority of the balance in the bank can't be bet, only as little as possible, you can make these withdrawals weekly so as not to attract attention from any suspicions the casino may have of you.

You just need to control yourself by not being too greedy in betting a part of your bankroll that you "should" have withdrawn, but the difference is that you will make these withdrawals less frequently.

First, did you check the number of times you can withdraw from that casino in a day? It might be that there are limits to what you can withdraw in a day or the number of times you can initiate withdrawals but you were too excited to check. Another thing is, it might be a strategy by the casino to make gamblers keep their money

As a gambler, one virtue you shouldn't take for granted is self control. We wouldn't be discussing this if you didn't fall for the temptation to gamble again after your initial plan to stop playing. I have had a similar experience like yours before and I must say it really hurts to lose money you've successfully earned. Just like me, I hope this teaches you to quit when you still can and resist any temptation to keep playing when you should be walking home with your money.

When I get a big win from gambling that I do, I always mistakenly think that luck is on my side, so I choose to continue playing rather than withdrawing. But instead of me getting a bigger win than before, this behavior only lost what I had gained. So what I get from gambling is just a feeling of regret. But the strange thing about gambling, even though I have lost a lot of money in gambling, somehow it makes me feel marketing with gambling more and more. And do you also feel the same as what I feel..?

Yes I have seen someone that won a huge amount on sports betting but this wasn't online it was the physical betting shop and they told him to come back in two days time after giving him part of his winning but he started playing with the money that the gambling shop was owing him and lost almost all before he stopped and caused a lot of drama at the betting shop that had it been they paid him all his money at once that  would not have continued playing till the extent he lost a lot of money but for me what causes gamblers to become impatient after a win is still the addiction we are talking about because if you won a bet and the betting site gave you 24 hours to make further withdrawal after you have already withdrawn part of the winning why not exercise patience and withdraw all the following day instead of trying if you can win more and lost in the process.
It is normal for a betting site to differ your winning if it involves a huge amount but it is left for you to wait till they are able to pay you up instead of to continue gambling.

That has happened to me a few times but not in same way as yours, there was this time I would fund my bet account with more than I wish to use on betting as a means to avoiding spending it since I didn't have the idea of having a separate account to keep your emergency funds and other saving, so keeping the money in my bet account was my best alternative and it worked since I am hardly the type to gamble very often, then a day came and I felt like playing one of those simulation on sportybet and then I kept on losing and I later won the money back withi extra profits and I was Supposed to withdraw it to my spending account but I slept off and the next day I end up losing the amount i was supposed to withdraw.

I made $67 yesterday using $16 and then I targeted $70 but unfortunately lost it all again. Similarly today I started gambling with $6 and with a target of $29 or $30 I failed to meet that target for only $1. I lost them again. This usually happens in gambling. I think this happens to everyone. I don't get depressed about them, because I gamble with small amounts and spend them for fun. So I am not worried about them. Gambling should be fun for everyone else gambling will lead to suffering.
You're at least betting small amounts of money, even though you had higher earning capabilities that you lost. These few dollars away from your goal are what usually get you, and you end up losing more in the process. It has happened to me not only in gambling but also in trading as well, and I've learned the hard way that it's usually not a good idea.

For this very reason, I prefer to partially withdraw any significant balances from my account, leaving minor amounts that I slowly build up. Although this isn't always the case, it's at least what I'm striving for.

I gotta say, turning $15 into $500 takes some major luck and skill.  Id be over the moon too if that happened to me.  But man, getting sucked back in and losing it all? Brutal.  I think casino sites know exactly what they are doing with tactics like delayed withdrawals.  They reel you right back in.

For next time maybe have a withdraw threshold and if you hit it,  stick to it, no matter what!  Ive been there though, so no judgment! Just gotta get a system so it doesnt happen again.

At least you should be happy you were wise enough to withdraw the first $150, which is almost 10 times of your initial deposit of $15, because one thing about online casino business is that when a user is noticed to be constantly winning always, casinos will always find a way to make that user lose his bet if he keeps gambling, which is exactly what happened here.

If I'm to understand you correctly, are you trying to say that the 4 withdrawals you made were on the same day, and on your attempt to make the 5th withdrawal on the same day, you were asked to wait for 24hrs before it could be processed, Is that what you meant?.

The withdrawal limit that can be done in a day can be an obstacle that makes people lose money after they get a win.
Well. What I understand from your case is that the problem lies there [withdrawal limit]. The online betting site you play sets a withdrawal limit of no more than four times in 24 hours so that when you make the fifth withdrawal, the casino will inform you to wait up to 24 hours for the next withdrawal.

Ever. When the withdrawal limit is maximum, the remaining large amount of money will automatically decrease because you continue to play. When that situation happened to me, I chose to stop and come back tomorrow.

This has happened with me multiple times. Last time this happened during the Indian Premier League. I made good money around 2000$. I was about to withdraw it, but due to the high network fees, I thought to keep the money at the casino only. Then during one IPL game, I was tempted to bet a small amount to make a small profit, but unfortunately the bet went into losses. Now, in order to recover that lost amount, I lose all the remaining balance. So yes, in gambling, this happens a lot of time, and we need to be mentally prepared for it.

It happened to me so many times before, I was going to withdraw it but I suddenly became greedy and played again, I bet it all in and set an odd with 80% chance to win, but I still lose, and there are also times that I would play a last game but I would lose, and it would trigger me to play more till I would end up losing all of the money in my account.

If you already withdrew 4 times, you aren't down anything so does it really matter? Sometimes a person gets to feeling like they cannot lose no matter what they play, but the reality is it was just your time to win. Take the win, and go hang out with a friend or something. Don't keep going and think you're going to win forever.

When you know you are already done gambling and you want to withdraw the money from your gambling account, you should stop gambling instantly and never gamble more. But $500 which you mentioned earlier, is not really a big amount of money that you won’t be able to withdraw at once from a gambling site, or is there anything you are not really telling us, or maybe the amount is more than $500, you just cited that as an example. Whenever I am gambling and I want to make a withdrawal, most of the money I do withdraw doesn’t exceed my gambling account withdrawal limit, so I do withdraw all my money at once and not gradually. I will say what happened to you hasn’t happened to me before in gambling.

I think everyone must do the same thing as you but most of them will learn that it is the wrong way to wait for time while gambling again, the money that should be withdrawn but instead is played and ends up losing, obviously that is very annoying but it is not the casino's fault but it's your fault, you should go look for another hobby while waiting for time or do other positive activities so you can forget about playing again, I'm sure that will really help you so you don't lose money.

I also don't blame you, as I said, everyone has made mistakes like that, so it's normal to occasionally do that, at least you have withdrawn your winnings several times before, so it's no problem losing a little of your money rather than losing all of your money. If you include your previous winnings, this will definitely be a valuable lesson for you in the future to be more careful and not spend time gambling again to fill the void, go out and look for another hobby so you can fill your free time to be able to withdraw your next winnings.  Wink Wink

Is it wrong for the casino site to limit the number of times you make a withdrawal?
It depends on how ToS each online casino has, if you are indeed limited on a few withdrawals, you need to be patient to wait for the next day.

Losing money that you should have withdrawn is your own responsibility.
You shouldn't have used the withdrawn money to get back into the game, it's entirely your fault.

Learning to obey the rules you make yourself is difficult, but when you break them you will regret it, as happened in your case this time.
But if I were you and got a $500 win, I would withdraw everything in just one withdrawal, and probably only $10 would be left.

Most of gamblers must be ever experienced that, I personally experienced it when BTC transaction fees were very expensive, I wanted to withdraw $50 but needed $10 for the transaction fee.
I decided to withdraw it later after the fees go down a bit, but the temptation to play again is very strong and in the end I lose it all.
It also ever happened that I couldnt withdraw because the website payment system was broken and when it was fixed, my balance had already run out lol.
