I didn’t claim BCH because Bittrex credit BCH. Managed to sell the BCH in Bittrex without any problem.

My BCH I get from Bittrex exchange automatically. But it's was a small amount.
Same here, i do only recieve small amounts of BCH since i do recently withdraw and convert all my bitcoin as of those moments before fork because of the panic that the price might drop anytime soon after the fork which it makes me regret as of now because i did miss on earning extra profits from BCH but well its still okay as long bitcoin is still kicking as of now.

As far as i know when if you want to have a bcc you ahould just stay your btc in your wallet and after the fork you will gain same amount of your btc and bcc. But right now i dont have idea or i dont know what should i do to my bcc...

Have you already claimed your BCC? If so, you could sell them on one of the exchanges.

I had BTC in trezor, claimed BCH eventually but it was a painful experience as trezor service went down constantly in the first few hours after exchange deposit is allowed and as a result missed several opportunities.

Bumping the topic with a simple hack I used to get my BCH from blockchain.info wallet

->Send coins from blockchain.info to a desktop wallet or any other wallet with a different private key from the existing one.
->Download the coinomi android wallet.
->Go to BCH wallet and click on the scan button.Go to your blockchain.info wallet ->Settings ->Address->Show private keys.Scan that private keys through coinnomi BCH wallet and you will have your BCH.

Let's keep this thread as one place of common discussion for claiming BCH from BTC.
Please share your methods which are secure, safe and have successfully allowed you to get your BCH.You can additionally share the exchanges you traded your BCH at and the overall experience involved.
For me,I'm too insecure to claim my BCH at the moment since nothing is working upto it's limits.I guess I'll hold for a while.
I had 0.001 BTC on Aug 1, so i have all BCH with this BTC! Sad!

I had my BTC on blockchain.info wallet. Before claiming BCC I transferred all BTC to another wallet, installed Electron cash wallet on a second computer, put in the private key from old blockchain.info wallet and got my BCC which I sent to Bittrex straight away. And now waiting for confirmations.

I was planning to do the same, and I had even installed Electron Cash in my mobile phone. But then I saw some posts here warning against the use of that software. So I am going to wait for another couple of weeks.

I moved my bitcoins to Bittrex prior to teh fork, they credited the BCH immediately and I managed to sell at 0.17btc. Which is not bad. I didn't quite manage to get the really high sale prices, but I am content.

I didn't claimed any BCH because before the fork I've withdraw all my bitcoin because of fear of losing. I thought that letting my bitcoin stay in exchangers will be a drag. And I think I will lose all my money for that so I believed in fuds and should have earned BCH. I should have 1 BCH at least if I didn't withdraw mine.

I just heard that there is a way to claim BCH, whereas BCH enters automatically if you have BTC in the exchanger. But is there really a way to claim BCH?
Not sure if all of the exchanges support it.You can check the above replies who have claimed their BCH back from certain exchanges and see if you can do it same way.

@Everybody commenting : You could additionally detail your replies and explain the methods used to claim your BCH so other's can take the reference.

I've got mines on Electron Cash.
But they stuck moving on exchanger.

Looks like miners cant or dont even try to mine a single block

I haven't yet. Honestly I am not sure how to claim the btc plus I only have a small amount of btc in my wallet and most of them were on the exchange before the chainsplit happen so it's kinda nosense for me to try to claim that small amountvI have on my other wallet.

I can't send my BCH to any trading site I have my BCH from waveswallet .
And I can't create a sell order or do anything to it can't even send it.
It seems useless for now that I don't even plan to do anything yet on it. Will just use it in time if ever it will have value or will just store it reminder that it even exist snce we mighy forget in the future.

My BTC (not much) was stored on Bittrex and they credited me my BCH as they announced they would.
I've already dumped them for BTC, but it was quite early, I could've made some more money had I waited.
This thread by theymos outlines how you can securely claim them: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/aug-1-summary-2059111 but from what I've seen, all the people who just imported their private keys into a BCH wallet without taking any other precautions were just fine.
Try to sell them ASAP because once exchanges start accepting deposits of them the price is going to decline very steeply.
