What about dividends from hardware sale? Did I miss something? As I remember it should be around 20-25% of initial investment. I didn't get it for sure...
Thanks.

35 boards sold, for a total of BTC101. Paid in last dividend.
The sale was canceled because of a BTC price rally - hardware boards price is listed in fiat!

2 Qs:

1 Does it look like we will be mining as anticipated in Dec? Any idea which part of Dec?

2 Any chance of getting on to other exchanges and upping volume?

I am not sure the bid side volume can increase greatly by using other trading venue at least not with the price that would satisfy current shareholders.

A traded company that's doing well often BUYS back their own stock slowly going private, hence increasing the value of the stock.
Something I suggested but was left without any answer.

sup CryptoXxx,

what about that 35% profit reinvestment, whats happening on that front?

How about stock Buy BACK to prop up the stock price that is steadily going down the $hitt3r?

word

The 35% reinvestment only applies to the actual mine of 1 GH/share

It's just that you used the reinvestment from the day 1 in the showcase spreadsheet. Greatly overestimating the expected earnings.

CryptX,
are you maybe considering taking advantage of current bitcoin exchange rate and buying/ordering some mining gear that is selling in fiat? (KnC November delivery, Cointerra Januar,...)
Of course, that means lower dividends in next week or two, but I think it's still a thing to consider.
Agree. Till now what Petamine has done was good. Hope they can keep the good performance.

Two things:

1. Any chance of being able to buy direct shares?
2. How much hardware is waiting to be shipped from cointerra? (In Th/s please)

2.885 BTC is too little.

Which is why he stopped selling them  Wink

We have suspended all sales yesterday. We will give an update of sales so far soon.

We should vote about that also about the reserve price.

We have to be realistic about this. The market price changes every day, depending on exchange rate, difficulty, competition, etc

We cannot start voting after every change in one of these variables.

We have a pretty good inside in the mining environment and will adopt our choices to the current information.

Last dividend of 226,77BTC consists of:

  • Revenue of 1 week mining (no costs deducted)
  • Hardware sales of 35 boards

sup Crypto

What was the average selling price of the boards?

The board sales totaled for about 101 BTC, which equals to 2.885 BTC (or a whopping 678€/board at current rates ;-) )

It may be worth re-evaluating the decision to continue to sell hardware.  With the exchange rate hike, we'll on'y be getting 2btc per blade.  With the delay in shipment by hashfast and cointerra, I believe we would be better served to continue mining.

The growing Difficulty will PWN the blades, better to sell the blades if people pay good BTC(of course not selling for 2BTC, no way).
Even at 400$ per btc its better to sell blades for 5.4ish than mine.

Pls explain where you got 5.4 BTC? (this is 1675$/board)

Oh snap...
The auction for the 8 boards from the last week averaged about 3.4(which was at taht time about 520 EUR) and somehow I made 5.4 out of it.
sorry.

Doesnt change what I wrote i.e. I think you should auction a small batch(with a reserve price) to feel the market.

Because each board mines pretty much the same NOW as it did last week,
the pricing of the boards should be pretty much the same as well! i.e. if you sold for 3.4 last week when the exchange rate was 30% lower you should still price it(expect at auction) at about 3.4BTC-ish not 30% less.
