It said that I wouldn't need to recharge the account until like the end of this year, so yeah I guess 5 months would be okay, unless anything else happens. I have removed the devices that were connected and deleted everything, so I think he should have noticed if it was hacked.
But aren't spotify monthly payments ? , how does it get credited until the end of the year if you get charged monthly ?

You really need to test the account for a few days before recommending anything.
