these two items are needed and they look like that. 1st line color, 2nd line items, 3rd max alloc, 4, the scrypt for connection, -i , sahder, and tc, with you care for them, did not see much of a point.
once it starts increase gpu intensity and up until a level you feel good about heatt, kh/s, HW errors, and rejects. I do not think rejects really matter.

400khash/s mining ltc @ stock clocks
tc 8000
ws 256
gpu threads 1
with oc no problem get it to 450 khash/s
try using cgminer (lastest version) or gui miner latest version.
13.1 or 13.4 both are working fine for me.

Update, can farm bitcoins true bitminter java app....
But not farming true cgminer not bitcoins,lite or ftc.

I`v had similar problem with 6850 and still have it. It would mine bitcoin but if I start guimener for litecoin it gives me driver stopped responding. Ati driver 13.4 SDK 2.5 it crashes instantly even at stock clocks.

WRONG. google uninstall amd utility
then reinstall 12.8 drivers. Make sure you have calm batch and ramp intensity of cgminer within program. also look for that GPU allocation 100 line. very importnant things
