I don't think anybody gambles for the health benefits. I have never sat down and though of gambling as something that can benefit my health.
Also, I don't believe "helping us to take risk is a health benefit".
To me these as just excuses we give ourselves to gamble more, just like the people that tell themselves sex everyday is useful to the health.
There's no shame in saying you enjoy doing something for yourself as far as you're not breaking any laws, or hurting anyone while doing it.

We don't always have to justify everything with the excuse of it's health benefits.
There are people that eat food just to fill their stomach, they dont care about the healthy benefits, people like that still gamble. So how will a person like that care about the healthy benefits of gambling?

Gambling doesn't even help relive stress. Lol. How on earth does gambling relieve stress?
In my opinion, there are no health benefits of gambling. Gambling will ruin you financially and it also affect your health in a negative way. I know gamblers who are broke (and I mean broke, drowning in debts with no money for food or a roof over their head), depressed, have panic attacks and have no real friends or a stable relationship. The fact is, gambling is Not an advisable method for earning money. It is a fun way of spending money though. It is entertaining and has the benefit of possibly increasing your money. other forms of entertainment only drain your money. While the odds are low, it is possible to win in the short term.
If you say benefits you may somehow be wrong just as you can't say what are the benefits of smoking. Everyone knows that it's either a win or lose situation. As almost everyone would say the house always wins. But this totally depends on what you are betting on. Gambling covers a lot of aspects from trading stocks down to sports betting. You must have a strategy to beat the odds. Gambling doesn't only mean betting on a 1500 odd game, it can also mean taking profits of 30 to 50% of investment daily and this is equally very profitable. So it solely depends on what you are betting on. You will surely see returns when you have a better betting mindset.

Gambling is not bad after all but addiction is, gambling has been receiving a lot of negative reactions and feedback but gambling also has a lot of health benefits associated with it but you can only get these benefits if you are a responsible gambler and you have total control of what you wage and limit your bankroll

Can you add more besides what's written in this article?

While winning can certainly have health benefits, such as boosting dopamine levels and reducing stress, it's important to note that these benefits may not be present when you're not winning. In fact, losing can often lead to feelings of disappointment, frustration, and even depression.

I am interested in knowing whether people who gamble frequently and responsibly experience any health benefits from their activity. I am particularly curious about the positive impact of gambling on their mental and emotional well-being, even when they are not winning. How often do you feel positive, even when you lose? Do you believe that gambling can relieve your stress, even when you are not winning?
Everyone certainly knows that winning in gambling or whatever brings us health, because winning is always eagerly awaited by gamblers so it can change our mood or make things relaxed and calm in our minds. This will certainly influence the body to stay healthy, think and do the things it wants.

You need to know that it all depends on how the person does it, whether the person gambles just to have fun for a while to find entertainment or really to make a profit from gambling. In my opinion, if people gamble just to find temporary pleasure, they will definitely stop if they keep losing and it will not have an impact on their health condition. However, if they are really serious and looking for profit for themselves, of course when they lose they will definitely get hotter and more emotional to continue betting bigger and that can have a bad impact on their mental health.

I dont see the relevance or in talks about health benefits when it comes to gambling. Yes, we could really be able to feed up our leisure but its not something that could benefit it out but rather it would really be something that be destructive on the time that you do make yourself that become addicted. There are people who dont have that good self control towards gambling activity on which most of them do really ends up on being addicted rather than on enjoying up the game. This is why if you do find yourself that not good when it comes to emotions then it would be wise that you shouldn't really be getting involved with
gambling in the first place. This is why it would be always that best that you should really be that sensible on the things that you've been dealing with.

So it would be better that you should be focusing into other activities rather than making yourself forcing to play gambling even if you do know that you do hate on losing money.
This is where usually bad things do happen on the time that you would be chasing up your losses.

In gambling most people always focus on the positive part of it without regarding the negative part of gambling. All they always think of is gambling is a get rich quick scheme. And it is not because if gambling is a get rich quick scheme gambling would have been the only thing people will be doing. And most people that have such mindset always end up losing all their funds. And will end up being bankrupt. So in gambling always try to be cautious of the risk you're taking. And always know when to stop.

Gambling is not bad after all but addiction is, gambling has been receiving a lot of negative reactions and feedback but gambling also has a lot of health benefits associated with it but you can only get these benefits if you are a responsible gambler and you have total control of what you wage and limit your bankroll

Addiction takes away the enjoyment when it comes to gambling. Many people don't realize they're heading down this path and might end up addicted if they can't control themselves. Gambling was initially created for fun, and it does have some health benefits. Unfortunately, today, some gamblers use it as a way to make a daily income. When they lose, frustration sets in, leading to addiction. They keep playing, hoping for a win. Personally, gambling helps me unwind after a long day at work. It relieves stress, and playing some online games makes me happy, ensuring I end my day on a positive note.

Stress comes along with that condition since we could not enjoy gambling if we are in weird situation where we want to bet more. That's why I don't see any health benefits on gambling in long run since if we are in situation where we are addicted to much on gambling for sure this will never be fun for us since every action we do can cause huge problem to us especially when we are out of money for sure we would find ways to get something to spend. What more worse with that is other people do crime like stealing its because their urge to gamble comes first and they can't think more clearly about the consequences of the actions they have done. That's why we should not think to much about it and just simply gamble only when we don't have any thing to do. Lucky we have this community since it can make us realize that addiction is really worse and we can see how bad the experiences of other people so we will not follow them.

The most important aspect of gambling is the profits side that do makes us to gamble more. Those that understand that and know the major reason why they are gambling will never forget the reason why they opt in to gamble for the money. It is very important for us to stick to what made us to go into gambling rather than losing our focus and doing another thing. If we eventually go into gambling without no tangible reasons we might lose track and end up without any benefits. There are different ways we can gamble but we should always stick to what works for us.
I suppose that if you are a professional gambler the first and probably the only reason to gamble at all is for the profits you can get with it.

However a person that is unable to reach those results needs to have a different reason to gamble, because if they refuse to change their goal even if they know they cannot get profits then it is almost a given that they will begin to lose way too much money, which could encourage them to bet even more to recover what they have lost already and so on, until they lose everything they had.
The primary motivation for professional gamblers is indeed financial gain, but they don't gain the profits solely from the the game they won, but also from sponsors and other activities. For those who may not be able to secure profits, alternative reasons for gambling could include entertainment, social interaction, or the thrill of the experience. Sustained profitability might be challenging for everyone and that the outcome is often uncertain.

People who are unable to adapt their goals and continue chasing losses may indeed find themselves in a cycle of escalating bets in an attempt to recover previous losses. This can lead to significant financial consequences and other negative impacts on themself. Responsible gambling behaviors are having a limits setting, recognizing the entertainment value, and being aware of the potential risks. Gambling behavior could become problematic if Profits become the only goal to chase.

Not really, this only leads to something enjoyable in gambling, for example it can make you feel better but that doesn't mean it's beneficial for your health, the problem is that health also depends on other aspects, it can't be seen from the habit of gambling with a positive mindset, if asked you can eliminate it. stress may be true because I often gamble to relieve stress on weekends because work on weekdays is quite stressful.

Gambling at the weekend, I usually gamble to relieve the stress I get from my job, but it comes back to the goals of each gambler because there are those who gamble to make money and there are also those who gamble to have fun, I am one of those gamblers who want to have as much fun as possible. It's hard for other people to understand but that's how it feels when I relieve stress by gambling on weekends, so it's nothing strange. losing and winning is just part of gambling that we have to understand, that's all

It is true that majority of the gamblers gamble just to double their money but when one focuses so much on making profit,  it might lead to a more serious issue especially when the profits ain't forth coming as  expected.  This is where the gambler begins to experience negative health and financial challenges instead of benefits. Gambling is not a must thing to do, if a person wants to make money, there are many other ways of making money aside just gambling,  especially if the money you were expecting isn't coming through gambling.  There is no point chasing losses or gambling more with the hope of winning some day. The later results of all these vengeful gambling is not always good,  it can even lead to depression if not handled well. If gambling isn't working,  try something else.

The health importance of gambling as listed in the Op is very crucial in helping human life experience. Gambling offers more responsible characters to the players, but most people don't think of those, all they wonder about is making money out of gambling. This is not advisable for gamblers, because it's more like depending on one aspect of gambling and neglecting every other advantage of gambling. Making money the first priority and the main crucial reason why we gamble is not great in making a nice gambling experience. The purpose of gambling is to achieve success in life. And it has the knowledge capacity to offer such a reward to a gambler who is determined to master how gambling can be used to work in the outside world. A gambler who gambles for stress relief for instance, would receive it and would take the money spent during the process as his payment for the service.

The mental health we get outside gambling isn't it paid for? and the person wouldn't see it as wasted money.

But, people now worry about the money lost in gambling and go after it like a cheetah goes for its prey. This time it now sounds like a prey going for its predator. The reverse would be the case, instead of the gambler winning his money, he'd be having a bad time losing both the ones left in chasing for the lost ones. This confusion blinds gamblers a lot to think that they can't learn something else via gambling. Even some members would argue that gambling has no health benefits. Such people say this because of the mistakes they've made in gambling. It's nice for a gambler to learn to make money outside gambling, and then visit the casino for fun. When he's done playing for the day he can move ahead to his daily business. Hence, helping his productivity by being more calculative and knowing how to manage risks.

for a professional gambler, the primary and likely sole motivation to gamble is for the potential profits. However, for individuals who are unable to achieve positive results, it emphasizes the importance of having a different reason to gamble. If someone persists in chasing profits despite repeated losses and refuses to alter their goals, there is a risk of accumulating significant financial losses. This may lead to a dangerous cycle where the person continues to bet in an attempt to recover previous losses, ultimately risking losing everything they had.

That's right, I experienced it and I always do that every day to stay away from gambling, as you mentioned by keeping myself busy with many other activities and it's really effective. We must understand that usually the desire to gamble likes to appear when you have a lot of free time. Choosing to occupy yourself with other activities in your real life will be very useful to reduce your interest in gambling.

I think this is a much more effective way to do it, because obviously with your lack of interest in gambling then obviously it will be easier for you to get out of that useless activity, I'm sure you are not comfortable with all the pressure in your financial situation, and you can choose some activities that are also fun but do not have a bad impact in terms of risk such as maybe going to the gym with friends or going to tourist attractions with your family or maybe adding a part-time job, all of these things will be very useful to take your mind off gambling, this is good advice so please try it. Wink
I also do it like you do. I feel like it's the only thing that can distract me from thinking about gambling all day because I've had experiences where I had free time for a few days. Every day, my mind is focused on gambling, especially remembering the losses I experienced from gambling, and it feels uncomfortable. But after I found an activity that could keep me busy all day, slowly, those thoughts drifted away and didn't come at all until now. And when I want to gamble, I really want to gamble and only gamble with enough money.

What is important is that someone can look for and find activities that can divert their attention from gambling and can keep them busy carrying out every activity and routine every day. It can help him to quit gambling slowly or suddenly because he has to do that activity or routine every day. He will not remember gambling anymore because his mind is already busy with different activities that can make him remain active in carrying out these activities.

It improves mood
It is a stress reliever
It helps us to take risk
These are the positive traits of gambling that I love so much that at times it makes me think about gambling as a hobby but the thought of the addiction makes me run away from it despite the lovely feeling I am getting from it.

It would not be ideal if someone should get involved with something because of the good feeling, without having in mind the disadvantages that can lead to destruction

These positive traits don’t happen to everyone. Not everyone plays gambling and has stress levels reduced. Nor does it help improve the mood of just everyone.
You can always take gambling as an activity as it seems you enjoy playing. But you shouldn’t play and let your emotions control your actions. You’re well aware of the risks so it’s left to you to decide on how not to let the activity have any negative impact on you.

I think he was addicted to gambling because he returned to gambling after busying himself with other activities, we can judge from his behavior because people who are addicted to gambling find it difficult to stop even if they find other hobbies to avoid gambling. I think a hobby of fishing will not succeed in diverting him from his addiction to gambling because fishing is very boring and he has to find a hobby according to his wishes. I think if he likes training at the gym or other sports it will help him avoid gambling because sports activities require more time for rest.
I also think that if he prefers to busy himself with other activities, he can divert his mind from thinking about gambling, and he can avoid returning to gambling. This will allow him to reduce his gambling activities and maybe even help him overcome his gambling addiction if he can do it continuously, he also has a chance to cure his gambling addiction without having to visit a psychiatrist or specialist. Training in the gym could be a solution because he is not in touch with numbers or money, but if he bets with his friend on how long he can last in weightlifting, it will return him to the gambling he wants to avoid. However, this requires a change in mindset that it is better not to associate everything he does with gambling so that his mind will not think about gambling.

If you do find yourself on the verge of addiction then it would be better or best that you should really be stopping on dealing up or engaging with gambling via means of trying out to distract yourself into other activities
on which it would really that possibly that could able to avoid up gambling way more. I dont see any health benefits in gambling though on which this is most likely that you would really be that
having that stress considering that gambling do always mean about losing in the end because we cant really be lucky most of the time. So expect that you wouldnt really be getting rich with gambling.
Quit up that kind of thinking that you could really be able to succeed with it, or else you would be finding yourself be in a huge problem because of the desperation that you do really have.
This is why you should really be careful on what those intents and motives that you do have in mind.
