Nothing like blowing air and all the particulates in the air onto your food while it cooks on a surface coated with material not necessarily approved for food. At least use foil.

I'll wash the irons with bleach, and put the whole contraption in a plastic bubble. Better?

Not really. Here's why: if you've worked out this special plan and all that, then it seems you could just as well go buy some proper cooking appliances. Microwaves start at $30 new, and I'm sure are available for less used. Nor does your solution address the odd strategy of blowing the air on the food, which might contain particulates of undesirable nature. Granted, food is normally exposed to air, but blowing the air on it is like making sure your food is exposed to 100 times more contaminants.

yeah but microwave radiation isnt good either

ill stick with my iron/ blow dryer combo thank you

I'm now tempted to get 8 irons and 8 hair dryers, and adhering them together in a circle, so I could properly cook an entire pizza.

i know what you mean thats why i have a special iron that i only use for heating up food at 3am

Just imagine. Instead of getting the special iron, you could've bought a special microwave to heat up food at 3am.

big price difference btwn them

You think I would've said that if you couldn't get a microwave cheap?

say u  got both at nearly same price, this one has more utility as iron and "food heater"

Not when he already has an iron, as claimed. I'm sorry, but you're wrong, despite the fact that you want to be right.

whats actually pretty interesting the iron and the pizza are such a great fit because of the shape

its like they were made for each other

Why don't you put a saucepan on it and see how it works for other things?
