You biggest mistake here will result you get ban as a member, try to read the forum rules, put it in your heart and in your mind and never try to violate any. Also, you have to put in your mind that contributing in the forum will help you to get merits and trust, and once you build your trust, you might rank up in the long run, of course with the help of the merit.

Though Plagiarism is not worst that scamming people, but it will lead you to permanent ban, better be careful with that.

overall, just be a good member, be a positive member and contribute so both the forum and the members will grow.

If you want to be a good member, make some informative posts that are useful for everyone and newbies can get benefit from reading your posts. There are many good posters in this forum, you can follow them so that you can get ideas from them to do something good.

You'll learn lots of stuff on the go. There's no BitcoinTalk guideline to becoming the perfect user besides respecting the rules and being a good member generally - be yourself, post replies on the threads you're interested in (and make sure to read others' replies in them too) and that's basically it. If you rush with the intention to earn money, it will probably not be an appreciated thing and your profile may be damaged on the long term especially if and when you'll want to join a signature campaign.

You should also search a little and read about (Bitcoin) wallet security, since you will have sooner or later a wallet with some money in it.
If you've mastered that and have a wallet, you can add an address of yours to this thread as a backup safety measure.
