You need to sign a message from a staked address as is explained how to do in the link jhenfelipe posted above. If you can't do that you may as well forget about your accounts because even with valid messages they're just not getting restored right now.

It seems that you did the sign message in a wrong way. Please check the link for a guide on how to do it correctly (using different wallets) here "How to sign a message?!" and still use the proper format given by theymos here : Recovering hacked accounts or accounts with lost passwords
