Uh... same here. This requirement is stupid.
Once you've been around for awhile, you'll get tired of the same questions over and over again. The majority of all the questions and problems have already been solved, but lots of new guys don't care to search and just ask anyway. It crowds an already crowded forum.

it also prevents useless spam and shill accounts.
