Your reputable list of forum members is good selection but for sure lots of them would not accept your offer. So what best you can do, if you really want to hire other reputable member then go back to icopress which is good manager then discuss about this manager and allow him to help you pick those reputable names to carry your brand.

For sure he can help you since he already works with you on your first campaign launch here. Also he's reputable man to handle this job and know what is needed to perform to make your campaign became successful.

For sure you already read lots of suggestion and for sure you already get an idea base on what people suggest in this thread.
We'll probably do that. We've gotten a few emails but they all just ask to hire them instead of explaining the benefits and pitfalls.

Hi, we found the biggest posters and want to know who to hire. ChartBuddy, philipma1957, BADecker, JayJuanGee, franky1. Do we need to run a campaign or can we hire these users without a campaign?

It depends on the platform or project that you're promoting, and the sections of the poster you're looking for is very much related to your platform, like you have a casino, and the one you're looking for should be active in the gambling section.
But if there's no need for a specific section of the forum, then philipma1957 is a good candidate, as he loves to post on many sections, and his posts are always on topic.
If you have posters on your list, you might as well send them an offer, there's no guarantee that they will apply if you launch a campaign.

Already users suggested what you should do, and I will throw in my 2 cents as well.

I recommend you contact a campaign manager and tell them the requirements and your budget and let them take care of the job for you because they know better how to reach and make a brand value by balancing the budgets for your campaign as well as the quality of the campaigners.

Also, you can include any reputed member a custom deal for the short/long term and give the details to the campaign manager to take care of payments/quality control, post count and then the payments weekly or as you wish.

Yes, that's true, because despite the fact Chartbuddy is said to make the most post daily, his posts are all kind of similar, and not only that but 99.9% of his posts are centered on a single board on the forum, which is the "Speculation" board, as he seems to be an active contributor there, than any part of the forum. But however, if O.P who happens to be a representative of a crypto gambling casino is okay having his signature been display on only one side of the forum (i.e Speculation) then Chartbuddy is the surest person for the job.
Signature is disabled on the WO thread and Buddy only post there.
He's more like a secretary that give update only on Bitcoin prices.

Well I guess that's why campaign managers are needed
You selected only individuals and a bot that have never posted in the Gambling board
Not to mention like has been said before more than half of your mentioned don't wear any signature for campaigns.

1. ChartBuddy is a bot.
~snip~

A very effective bot if we're going to be honest - every day you have almost guaranteed 24 posts, which amounts to about 720 posts per month Smiley

Joking aside, I think the OP should focus more on quality than quantity - not that I think some of the mentioned members don't write quality posts.

If you want to run a campaign, you don't need to look for big poster users, what you need to look for is a manager who manages your campaign.

You can search and consider the manager you use, see here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=52.0

So, you don't need to bother looking for campaign participants, let the manager look for them and draw conclusions in choosing the participants who are the best posters, you don't need to worry about looking for big posters.

It's up to you, you can hire them or else you would like to run a campaign, You've already run a campaign here and manage by icopress, and it's been a year since that last post of the thread. Base on the listed names those are the active members here in the community and of course it depends on your objective if you will base on the number of post the can provide or you have a specific board like gambling active poster you want to join with your campaign still its all about your call.

But would you risk a ban over it? It's a commerical PM, and not everyone likes signature campaigns.
Commercial PMs are unsolicited and it reported, will cause account ban. Sending massive commercial PMs and got many reports, will bring a very bad account ban.

29. Sending unsolicited PMs, including but not limited to advertising and flood, is not allowed.

You sent over 100 PMs with the same format: clear unsolicited bulk PMs. 4 people reported it, making it unwanted & unsolicited bulk PMs = spam. Most others would've been banned much longer.

This user gets a 30-day ban.
Sorry BitcoinFX, you are banned from posting or sending personal messages on this forum.
PM spam. (If you send a bulk PM and any recipient reports it, then it is spam.) 30 days

To be honest, I don't think you need to hire a new campaign manager because you're doing great job already.. I consider this post as part of your advertising strategy. lol
He posted this thread more than 48 hours ago, and went offline right after that. That's not campaign manager material.

I'm not sure anyone will report a user honestly offering to hire their signature. Atleast we are all humans here.

You can hire anyone for campaign even without having a campaign thread, it is based on your agreement with the person.

ChartBuddy = Seems like a bot and I haven't seen them post in any other board apart from WO were signature is disabled.

philipma1957 = Active user and wears signature

BADecker = Sees him mainly in Politics and Society.

JayJuanGee = Good poster and doesn't wear signature, you can try your luck

franky1 = Good poster with high knowledge of bitcoin, does wear paid signature but you can still try your luck.

Unless the user has a thread in which he offers his signature space, you risk getting banned if someone reports the PM:

At first you can't hire anybody ordinarily without campaign, because it's your own money that you will use and pay the particular person, but in terms of assistance for any project, I think that you can hire any of them, but for aspect of me launching a signature campaign and all of them applied in my campaign, I will make sure that I hire all of them, but in a situation whereby it's only one slots that remain, I will reshuffle the campaign and input them for the campaign because they are good posters, theirs no quality poster that apply in campaign and you see the manager fails to accept them in campaign.

Depends on your need if you target great audiences by help of those famous name in forum then they are really an best option. But since they are special pick expect to give them huge reward since if your offer is the same with normal campaign only then you provably cannot get their services.

But I doubt you can easily get the service of Charbuddy,JJG,franky1 since I don't see this user wearing sig and promoting other company for long time. Maybe you will need a good convincing power before you can make this people agree to your offers.

If you want to try other more then try to hire a campaign manager then let them do the job for you for sure a manager would help you select those best forum poster that can help you promote your site.

This is good campaign managers in forum

Little Mouse
icopress
Hhampuz
AB de Royse777

This 4 guy in the list is best manager to handle your campaign so choose wisely.

As said by most, you can make a custom deal for those users. Even good posters that have a campaign if offered some good deal, they might take it. There are a lot of these good guys that you can offer custom deal that they might have hard time to decline.

I am still confused about hiring these legendary members for your casino promotions, I used to believe that the more people are promoting the better, these legendary members have specific threads they make posts on, meaning the signatures won't be visible in every way possible, I think hiring a bounty manager and allowing many top legendary members in the slots is better, don't do deals with two or few, this won't make a lot of noise.

Now before anyone comes for me, I am still a senior member and I am currently promoting a online casino too, I strongly believe that the higher the promoters the better for the project, see how Notcoin is bossing about having millions of users? That's what real noise is all about.

If you don't have the money to run a massive campaign safe this moment because of tomorrow, come back after you have enough to make a successful campaign and hire a very popular bounty manager on the forum.
They have run a promotion before and I think they want to test out this way of hiring specific members. So for them,
It's about quality than quantity.

And then here you randomly mentioning usernames without realizing that the one you mentioned is a bot. I'm curious if you really need a campaign manager.

OP it is nice you came up plane and sincere with your offer for  private request to some reputable members here on this platform. I must say that they are good posters and so far they have the traffic that you which as you can see that from their own engagements here and I believe for you to have single handedly chosen them for your offer, you must have seen their capabilities but I am still wondering because so far my stay on this platform, I have not seen some of the  names you have mentioned wear Signature or avatar of any kind but rather their own customized details and some already do and if you must convince them then you would have to give them an offer higher than what they currently earn and possibly a guarantee of the longevity of your campaign because you can not take them away from their long running campaign to joining yours which would not last for that long compared to the campaign they already belong to which have been running for a long time with a good rewards for their services.

However, you can still reach out to them to hearing from them as whatever your discussion with them is would guide you to your next line of action but if not, you can still do a campaign here which other members who are also good posters can be accepted into your campaign to help promote your product as the case may be.

ChartBuddy - is a bot, won't likely take your offer even if you Direct message the owner.
philipma1957 - he's rich enough to not work with signature campaigns. (joking)
JayJuanGee - I am sure he's not going to take any amount. He's fighting against ESG, KYC & AML bravely since the beginning.

BTW kudos for being honest, you chose some very clever minds on this forum Smiley

Just check out this list instead of trying to send PM on random members, https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/--5406507
since they have a public offer thread, I think you'd be welcomed to make a deal regarding signature ads with them via PM.

You are free to hire or attempt to hire anyone you want, but I would be careful how I do it. Unsolicited PMs can be reported and you may get a temporary or permanent ban. Users with good intentions will generally not report you for something like that unless they think it could be a scam. After all, you are looking for a partnership.

Maybe you can create a thread in the Services section. Present your offer there, explain what you expect from the participants, state how much you are willing to pay, etc. If you don't receive the response you were looking for, PM some people you would like to have onboard and tell them to check out your thread for more information.

If your company has products in gambling, you will find posters who are actively in gambling.

There are also quality posters there, but any company that focuses only on the Gambling board can achieve some kind of results only if they start competing with campaigns that encourage their participants to spam. A good post in that board gets buried very quickly with a ton of junk - therefore, for me, it is much more efficient that instead of focusing on one board, more focus should be on those users who write in several different boards.
