what kinda psu would i need is 1250 ok?

any z77 motherboard with 3 slot pcie  will do the job, you can use it with a cheap g620 pentium dual core

Yeah that looks really good.  You could even get 5 gpu's on there if you wanted.

What processor are you going to use?  I just need to know what socket the motherboard needs to have.

yes but witch mother board has 4 x pcie 16?

in belgium (where i am from Cheesy)

Sapphire Radeon HD 7950 3GB GDDR5 With Boost / 250
and a 
VTX3D HD7970 3GB GDDR5 X-Edition 330
 

what kinda motherboard would you advise?

Check on craigslist in your area for old motherboards that have 3 pcie slots.  I don't think you should get 3 7970's though unless you have a killer deal on them.  You could by 3 7950's and with the money you save you could buy another one.  Same cost and 2200mhs>1800mhs

can some one help me selecting witch rig to build
i am plaing on building a 7970 x 3 rig but cant find a good motherboard for cheap?

anyone got this setup up and running?
