As i dont have any experience with Windows 7 mining , i did some research for you on the object ...

The GPU workload toggle is only available on Windows 10 as is stated on AMD website:

From official AMD support page :
This release provides initial support for the Windows®10 Fall Creators Update. For more information please visit here.
Wolfenstein™ II: The New Colossus

Up to 4% faster performance on Radeon RX 580 (8GB) graphics card than with Radeon Software Crimson ReLive Edition 17.10.1 at 2560x1440. (RS-189)
Destiny 2™
Up to 43% faster performance on Radeon™ RX Vega56 (8GB) graphics than with Radeon Software Crimson ReLive Edition 17.10.1 at 2560x1440.(RS-184)
Up to 50% faster performance on Radeon RX 580 (8GB) graphics than with Radeon Software Crimson ReLive Edition 17.10.1 at 2560x1440.(RS-185)
Assassin’s Creed™: Origins
Up to 16% faster performance on Radeon™ RX Vega56 (8GB) graphics than with Radeon Software Crimson ReLive Edition 17.10.1 at 2560x1440.(RS-186)
Up to 13% faster performance on Radeon RX 580(8GB) graphics than with Radeon Software Crimson ReLive Edition 17.10.1 at 1920x1080. (RS-187)
GPU Workload
A new toggle in Radeon Settings that can be found under the “Gaming”, “Global Settings” options. This toggle will allow you to switch optimization between graphics or compute workloads on select Radeon RX 500 and Radeon RX 400 series graphics products.

Compute Support
Radeon Software now supports compute workloads for up to 12 installed Radeon RX 400, Radeon RX 500 or Radeon RX Vega series graphics products on Windows®10 system configurations.

So you have 3 options left :
- switch to win 10 ,
- Or try Vann suggestion about the "Robinhood driver"
- Or live with the 16MH/s hashing speed ....

AFAIK, with Windows 7 the official blockchain drivers from AMD are broken. The only blockchain drivers reported to work on Windows 7 are the Robinhood drivers.

If its not showing up under global settings , you might need to do a fresh , clean amd driver install .
very important to remove all the trace for previous driver , any tune settings .
If after you used that tool , your hashrate still did ot improved , my suggestion is :
-Used the latest DDU ( display driver uninstall ) utility from HERE , to remove your recent driver , all the settings for your AMD card , better if you do this in safe mode ...
-Uninstall any tune software if you have any installed
-Then install the latest driver , personally i dont have any experience with 18.2.1 ( i update my rigs to 18.1.1. ), never tested or used that driver on my rigs, but it should work just fine .
-Use custom installation option , the only thing you need is the amd display driver for mining , if you using the computer for everyday usage , then install the audio driver also , but you dont need anythng else ...
-The compute switch option should appear on your amd panel , under global settings.. If not , something not right with your installation .

Ok, I deleted the old driver with DDU and reinstalled the new driver of Adrenalin Edition 18.2.1
But nothing changed. The compute mode options in amd setings menu still not appear. why? I do not understand.
Any suggestions?
Maybe for compatibility?
Help me please.

When I enter amd settings it does not appear in global settings, Compute mode.
I'm going to try that tool to activate and I'll tell you.
Thank you

You can try also speed up your GPU with afterburner, you do that ?
If not install AB and increase freauencies of GPU and MEM while you dont get better performance and stability

you need to set your driver to compute mode ...

The easy way is use this tool : AMD-Compute-Switcher

side note:
...im not sure how is that tool working on win 7 ...
maybe its time to upgrade to win 10 ? Smiley
