As you are a junior member, you can still add signature but that will not be clickable.

- Jr. Member: Max 150 characters.

You must be a Member rank above to allow links in your signature.
However, if you want to bypass this limitation in your current rank and have the feature of being a Member rank, you can consider availing a Copper Membership.

I'm not sure if this would work with signature, but you can try adding hyperlink on the message your put in your signature.
